Staff always friendly items available readily clean store I feel very comfortable going in there and getting anything that I I need it's a very comfortable atmosphere and if I have any questions I get answered and I always have coupons to use

cashier was a bit rude, im was purchasing makeup and after he bagged it up he dropped it very hard onto the counter. thankfully nothing broke, but very well could have.

Used to be very efficient. Don't know what has happened. I have been having ongoing issues trying to fill prescription in the last month or so.

Please recognize Norman. Yesterday I went to this store to drop off a UPS pkg. Norman went out of his way to help me. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I am very grateful. This gentleman is a Blessing to CVS and all its patrons. Hope there is a way to let all management know, CVS and UPS. Please recognize Norman for his contributions to all. Thank you.

I’ve seen others having this problem in the reviews but I called to get my prescription filled for a medication and a woman answered the phone, and said that they did not cover the prescription suddenly after me getting it for months. She then purposely hung up on me and we called the local rite-aid and they said our insurance does cover it. Overall it just sounds like one of the employees are too lazy to genuinely do their job and lie to the customers in order to not have to fill prescriptions.

Like WOW!!!! Okay and I literally never write a bad review about anyone or any company..Okay so there was some employee that has been there for a while works nights looks miserable then there must have been a new lady employee worker..Cereal was on sale $1.99 a box so i bought three boxes and a gallon of milk and I had to use a couple forms of different payments.The new employee did not know how to type in the amount for that specific card so she asked the employer that's been there for a while how to do it. That employer didn't really want to be bothered so she was kind of trying to mess it up so I kind of walked her through you have to type in the amount for that card that has that amount on it She was trying to tell me different but of course finally when she did it the way I told her to then it worked because I think she was hoping that I just had all the cash and was just going to give her all the cash for it which wasn't the case because I didn't have it all in cash.Then the new employer is standing right next to her saying "wow I need a drink tonight" I said "yeah so don't I" then the other employee that's been there for a while says "yeah I need one too it's locked away in the cabinet" whatever.C so then I had a 50 Cent balance and she was trying the same old thing not typing it right in the computer. At that point I was getting mad so then I said which was probably a little immature I said "well if you don't want to lose out on 50 cents then you might want to do what you did at first with my card because I'm not putting a cereal back for 50 Cent that you don't know how or don't want to do..."Then she did it the correct way and then I was done and then the new employer said "thank you then the new employer turns around and says well thank you Cindy for doing all of that" and then of course I said " yep it only takes one person to know what they're doing" and I walked out of the store and I can just hear them talking about me while I'm walking out of the store....Like how disgusting of a behavior that you're working at customer service in treating employees like that over a simple might have been a little bit more work but a simple transaction.. it's like what do you mean thank you for doing her transaction that's your job your job is to know how to do it...

Just returned from getting another Covid booster and Fall flu shot this morning. Jessica administered both shots and I hardly felt anything. That's expertise at its best. Laconia CVS has always been a great go to for most of my health needs . . . Couldn't ask for much better!

Friendly staff. Notified by text when med is ready. Telephone call will tell you if RX is being worked on. Store remains open while pharmacy closes for lunch.
