Like most people I hate car shopping. With Irwin I was able to start the paperwork online before even arriving. When I walked inside I was promptly greeted by Naomi. She quickly put me at ease walking me through everything. I cannot say enough good things about Irwin Chevrolet. This will be my go to dealership from now on.

Alexis at Irwin's gave me a quick online value on my used truck along with a sharp discounted price on a 2024 HD order. Irwin's ended up honoring the sales price and the trade in value they appraised in June 2023 even though new vehicle and trade in was not delivered and finalized until October 2023. Received a high end KBB value for my traded truck. The sales team made adjustments to complete the sale in a timely way as soon as the new 2024 vehicle that we ordered was delivered. In short: The used car sales manager knows the local market and sticks by his higher end appraisals. The sales team promptly gives you the facts and does not change their story, no tricks. You can trust their initial online quotes and trade appraisals.

I spoke with two different service managers during my visit. One of them told me my tire treads were fine. The other said that the treads were very low and the tires needed to be replaced. Perhaps they can get me straightened out across the street?

First time leasing a vehicle and had lots of questions. Carl made the process easier that I expected and was very helpful in setting me up in the new Chevy Malibu. Other staff members helpful also.

When Tom owned it it was a great company,been coming here to service my vehicles for yrs,under the new ownership they damaged my truck,proved they did it,told me I had to wait months for them to fix it and that they'd be doing me a favor, i talked to the new owner who didn't seem like he cared,said hed look into and get back to me and over 2 months later havent heard a word. He is apparently to overwhelmed with all the companies he owns to pay attension to just one. To them a 80k truck might seem like chump change but to me it's not. They've lost a lifetime customer,someone who is loyal to places he likes,ill never recommend this company again under the new owner and I'll never be back. Funny to this day I havent heard anything from them about fixing my truck and at this point I wouldn't let them, i wouldn't trust them to do a thing ever again. Scott the service dude is awesome and liked him long before this buyout. It's a shame that Tom would sell to someone who doesn't care about the customers and clearly is in it for just the money. Worst part is I went in for a recall,something that should have costed me nothing, it was done wrong the 1st time,had it been done right I wouldn't have a damaged truck since this happened on the second time around, so something that should have been free on the dealer costed me a damaged vehicle. I waited all this time to write this review hoping they'd do the right thing but clearly not so here is the honest truth. If I could give negative stars I would, for people who don't do it you should record your vehicles before you dropping them off anywhere,this is the proof you'll need if your vehicle is damaged,it's how I was able to prove immediately that it was damaged on their property,but apparently it still does no good because your vehicle isn't their concern.

My experience was fantastic. My sales person was Cheryl Wright and she was so nice and very easy to work with. It was my first purchase from Cantin Chevrolet and definitely won't be my last. Really great people!!!

The service to my car was great as always.However, I did notice a few changes ( not good) since the Irwin purchase of Cantins.Specifically:No free water in the wait areaNo complimentary car wash with serviceI paid $45 for my inspection, when I got home, I received an ad in the mail that inspections were $35.99. I believe Cantins would have honored the discounted priceThese changes may seem small, but it’s those little things that promotes customer loyalty.I am disappointed in the change of ownership so farKaren Aldrich

I was so pleased that when Tom Cantin sold his dealership to the Irwin family that written into the exchange was that ALL of his employees would continue to work for the new owners. To see Henry Yip stationed at his same location made me so happy. Henry and I go back 20 years! I was the original AFLAC agent at Cantin and he was one of my first clients.I was very pleased with my visit and work done on my vehicle. Although, disappointed that I couldn't have a Complementary Car Wash because the employee that did the car wash was out this week. I should get a Comp Car Wash when I'm in the area next! Don't you think?! Otherwise I was very pleased.

I had a bad experience at one of your other dealerships a couple years ago, and swore I would never use your facilities. However, I already made arrangements with Cantin to replace my tires so I went ahead and kept that appointment. I was disappointed that the tires I had agreed to purchase were not available and that the service folks never reached out to tell me. Since I needed the truck for a road trip, I reluctantly authorized different tires. (I specifically requested RWL and instead recieved BSW.) Par for the course for Irwin management in my experience. I do appreciate the Cantin folks were kept around but I'll be using Banks or another dealer from now on to keep my promise not to patronize Irwin shops.

They deleted my last review because they don’t like the 1 star. Pathetic. The finance manager is a dud. Offered me 1500 for my truck when merchants and Irwin offered over 8k. Dudes a joke and I wish I knew his name. Having a review deleted after it was a true post. I was a true customer, is against the law. Everyone I know will leave 1 star because you removed it. Don’t go here! The finance manager will definitely try to take advantage. Thank goodness I knew better. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was very impressed by the sales department for selling me a nice truck. However, I was let down by the service department for not helping me out with something they said they were going to do. When I brought my truck in for an inspection. They said that they were going to wash it, I was pumped it was dirty. Pollen and bird poop was on it. I'm a hard working man that earns my money ! I don't have a lot of time to do that sort of thing. When I got it back they made condincening remarks about how I was going on a vacation, because I had a couple of tools in the back like a real man and they couldn't because they were "in they way"!?. I haven't had a vacation in over 10 years. The tonto cover was open and could have been easily closed but the driver, but he was very lazy and didn't speak English. The truck could have been washed and I would have been extremely happy . They only saving grace was one of the service consultants was very friendly to my dog! Next time you say you are going to do something DO IT! Don't be lazy and jerk offs. The break controller I paid a lot of money for (not standard wtff) is a piece of garbage! They also charged me over what was qouted. I bought a truck from a reputable dealer to receive good service. Not jerked around and around like all the rest of the crappy garages in the area. It's next to impossible to find good honest trustworthy service for my vehicles. I spent tens of thousands of dollars to get out of this situation to whined up right back in it. Not impressed by cantin chevrolet service department
