I recently purchased a new Silverado 1500 from Irwin and the buying experience was excellent. I worked with Randy and Foster to find the trim and color that I was looking for. I was interested in adding some accessories which they were able to source quickly and install in a few days prior to me picking up the truck.

Naomi Brown did a fantastic job preparing and presenting the vehicle. The Service Department took care of an issue promptly and professionally so delivery of the vehicle was not delayed. Overall we had a very positive experience.

I had a great experience purchasing a new truck at Irwin Chevrolet. I had searched around and they had the best prices and options for the truck I was getting. Aaron was great and went the extra mile assisting me with getting additional GM discounts. I definitely recommend them.

I brought my company truck in on Friday morning with a few things to be looked at.
I gave a descriptive list of the concerning items and they asked me what time I would like the truck back by. I generously said 3 pm (which was an hour before end of day for us) when dropping it off at 8 am. It wasn't an extensive list and totally realistic. Upon reaching out at 3:10 pm they said they still had over an hour left and it had to sit for the weekend. My problem wasn't that, but how much I was charged for certain things. $300 to update software on my radio, $125 to check fuses and mark them so I could better locate them. The most frustrating thing was upon picking the truck up it was making an awful grinding noise which was not there when we dropped it off Friday. We turned around immediately and brought it back where the charged me another $80 to remove a rock that was 'found in the brakes'. This noise was not there when we brought the truck in especially since we opted out of a tire rotation since the tires were replaced the week prior. I called to speak with someone regarding my concerns and they were dismissed and left at an "it is what it is" attitude. I will now be going through my original dealer for services on our GMCs.

Carl was awesome to work with. I called up Saturday for a Tahoe we did most of the deal over the phone. He had us on our way home Monday afternoon. Alex in the finance was also great. Would recommend working with them on your purchase.

My experience at your dealership was excellent. Randy, Foster, and Alex were the best. They made my Corvette purchase simple and with no pressure. More people should travel to Laconia and the Irwin group of dealers to buy their next vehicles.

this place drew my daughter who has bad credit with their "goal of 100% approval " she needs an upgrade and with all the "great" rating we made the hour drive. We were NEVER showed a vehicle What a waste of time the sales guy didn't seem to want to work with us. Period. If you are looking to improve your credit DONT consider this place. Yes I was gonna cosign BUT apparently with my low score but better then hers he checked with the manager again. Then came back and asked for another cosigner other then me.....

Irwins has the best service dept. They are so friendly and best of all, knowledgeable! That's why I bought another car there! I feel very comfortable and assured knowing that the techs are great at what they do and I have NEVER had to bring my car back because it wasn't fixed correctly. Every single person in the service reception area is extremely professional, kind, and welcoming and are great representatives of Irwin's. Between the technicians and the service reception area, I have never felt so comfortable at any other dealership. Keep up the good work! and keep doing what you're doing!

Carl had things moved along at a nice pace so we were never just sitting there waiting as some dealerships do. He was most pleasant and informative and went over every gadget the Equinox had to offer. I'm still learning about the car but have thoroughly enjoyed the experience buying at Irwin Chevrolet and with Carl in particular. He's an asset to the team.

Absolutely top notch by the guys at Irwin Chevrolet. Came up from Rhode Island to spend time at the family place in Alton. The car crapped out ten minutes after we got to our destination, it was a nightmare, upset girlfriend, raging temperatures and everyone was just not having a good time . Had it towed by Doug's towing who was beyond helpful and professional. Scott in the service department made everything ok . And they didn't screw me on the Price. Turned out to be a sensor and not a blown transmission. These guys are one of the best in New Hampshire, thank you for saving the day !
