Brought my wife and mother and law to get hair and nails done. Took an extra 3 hours from the given time ( which was 2.5 hours) They had to call in help for highlights. So 5 and a half hours and it was still not right. I generally would not leave a bad review, but I would hate for anyone to be as disappointed after a spa day as my wife was. They asked me to just pick them up at one point. Honestly I'm surprised they still charged, and full price at that. And generously tipped still considering. My wife gave me hell. Nails came out good though ?very nice staff I will say.

Had a two hour Mani-Pedi Spa here today. My first time. Mother, daughter Sister team. Very accommodating and nice time. I will be back.
Fair prices too.

This is a family run salon where you can get your nails or hair done. The mother-daughter team is very welcoming and plans events for the local community.

I love this place! These ladies are warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable! My mom and I are loyal customers and we have a different hair texture than most in Laconia. They do our hair wonderfully! You won't regret booking with Jamie & Jennifer!

We were super impressed and thrilled with Jen and her team from the bridal hair and makeup trial to the highlights I had done right before the wedding to the wedding prep itself. The hair and makeup trial is so important to play around with what works and what doesn’t (in this case, my super-straight and fine hair didn’t want to hold any sort of styling after the trial) so that you can work together to come up with a better plan for the wedding itself. Jen took my feedback to heart every step of the way and the result was phenomenal! She adjusted her technique for the wedding itself and my hair actually kept its style for the entire night, even after my husband and I got caught in a deluge during one of our photo shoots: our clothes looked like we’d jumped in the lake from the rain, but my hair AND makeup looked perfect the entire night!I had been super stressed because so many artists have a minimum number in the bridal party before they are willing to travel to you for the day-of, but Jen immediately got back to me the first time I reached out to her and put my mind at ease about the whole process! Jen and her team also did a wonderful job on my mom’s hair and makeup as well as my new sister in law’s hair and makeup! What really impressed me is that they made the whole process so much fun along the way! They were even happy to help me touch up my nails that I’d done myself when one chipped just hours before photo time!Highly recommend for both wedding services and if you’re in need of hair or makeup services in general in the Laconia area!Services: Hairstyling

I have naturally curly hair so I’m always very skeptical of new salons, I get super anxious because I’ve had terrible cuts in the past… Well the moment I sat down in Jennifer’s chair I immediately felt comfortable and a part of the family! Jennifer asked a bunch of questions to get a better idea of my hair care routine and what I was looking for in my cut. She eased all my worries! My cut and color came out perfect and I’m obsessed! About a week after my appt. I received a handwritten personalized thank you card! Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable with curly hair and provides the best customer service!

Wow, the nicest women own and run this place. They are super cool and treat you like family. My mom and I got pedicures and they took such good care of us (and nail art for free)! They also sent us a hand-written thank-you card in the mail after we went, which just shows a real love and appreciation for their customers. Give these ladies your business!

This place looks like a million bucks and is also very comfortable. The staff is fun and very professional. I take my daughter there and she loves it, I am sure the brides going through there leave happy. The prices are better than places I have been that do not have that level of beauty and professionalism. This review is coming from an industry insider.

My 16yr old daughter and I came from CT for a girls weekend. Our 1st stop was Behold the Beauty for pedicures and facials! We enjoyed bubbly drinks and chocolates while having our toes pampered! Both Jennifer and Jamie are super friendly and nice to chat with! Our facials were extremely relaxing. The salon is decorated so beautifully! We really enjoyed our time w the gals!
