“I have been going to Irwin's for all of my car maintenance for over 20 years. The service personnel have always treated me with nothing but respect and caring. Bob Abbott always has a smile when he greets me and asks how I have been. Every service person I have dealt with has always explained the services performed and if I have a question they answer or they will call the service technician to explain the issue in question.
Thank you all for the respect and caring you have provided to me all these years.

“I want to thank Greg and Steve for helping me out. I bought breaks and shocks for my SUV which I was going to install myself. Because of my health I can no longer do this kind of work. I heard about Bayside through a friend and decided to try them out and I'm glad I did. Even though they couldn't get me in right away ( I was in no hurry), they would do the install and trusting that I bought the right parts. A lot of places won't do this because they want to make money on the parts so I applaud them for doing this for me. They did a good job in a reasonable amount of time at a good fair price.

“Irwin Collision does great work, offering stellar service from start to finish. I want to thank my service advisor, Jake, for the great communication throughout. I ended up going out of my way (2.5-hours) to have the work done at Irwin after finding that the closer centers covered by the insurance company did not have a great reputation. This made pickup a little trickier to time, but Jake went out of his way to make it as easy as possible for me.
The car looks better than ever and I would recommend anyone to have their collision work done at Irwin.”
