If you are looking for someone to restore old, valuable jewelry, you'll want to check out Jim's shop. He has a real talent in creating beautiful pieces and is more than happy to share his knowledge with his customers. He is honest...so leaving valuables with him is not an issue. He will create something very nice out of broken jewelry or you may find one of his many estate pieces that is appealing. Either way, you can't go wrong.

Brilliant jeweler. He has repaired a lot of my antique pieces and I'm always thrilled with the results. He also does over-the-counter appraisals (for not a lot of dough)...it's a bit like going to the Antiques Road Show, he will give you a bit of history on the piece....one might be a rare Georgian ring worth tons of money and another that you thought was from the 1870s is really from the 1970s.

A local jewelry artisan and craftsman, Doggett Jewelry made my two rings himself which I wear everyday. His small shop located on Rt 125 in Kingston/ Plaistow line, is filled to the brim with all things old. He is also a collector/ seller and buys and sells antique silverware and jewelry.
