I had just bought a car from here a few days ago, my salesman was Joseph and i must say that was the best experience i have ever had buying a car, it was my first time from a dealer place but Joseph waited for me to show up even after they closed, was super friendly and explained as much as he knew about the car. My fiancé and i had a 40 minute drive back home and this car drove amazing! I am literally obsessed. Haven't had any issues at all but i know the cars are sold as is as seen so no matter what you are taking the chance on buying a used vehicle from a dealer. But i just wanted to say i am so so happy with my purchase and Joseph is a must see man there!!! Thank you for everything!!

Will never trust a shop like this again. Absolute scam. After breaking down on the highway and bringing it into the shop the mechanic informed me that someone knew about this issue - as it had been (attempted) to be fixed. However, I was not informed of ANY of these problems with the car. Such as (1) not being able to pump gas into the tank?! (2) The car overheating every time I drive it, and (3) the horn not working. I've only had the car for 5 days! Do not buy anything from here - I thought they were trustworthy but clearly I was wrong. Extremely frustrating and dangerous.

Bought my daughter's first car from them. First off the place in NH they sell out of is a joke. Should have know right off the bat it was shady. Well 6 months later the car is basically junk. My mechanic went through it because oil pressure light and engine light was on. When he had it apart he said I basically got screwed . The car was hacked up previously which caused all the damage. Being a city kid I should have know. Lesson learned. Don't deal with these guys!

Wow !!! Alot of bad reviews for this place . The owner doesn't even respond , not a good sign. Was going to check this place out , but not now. Shame on you people for taken advantage of hard working people .

Called them about a car we were interested in, was told by appointment only, so I asked for either Weds or Friday of Thanksgiving week but was told they were closed, and to contact them by text late Friday to make an appointment for Saturday. Texted him as instructed late Friday, and response is “sorry we sold it today”, which is odd in that they told me they were closed ? Very shady business practices from our experience, quite disappointing.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I purchased a vehicle from them, and the entire experience was awesome! Very knowledgeable and fair. I got exactly what I needed, and will definitely purchase my future vehicles at Cars R Us!! Great place :)

The worst customer service I have ever experience like literally. Have no sympathy of peoples time. I set a schedule to come see a car and last minute the guys cancels the appointment. I have to ask a friend of mine to take me since I live few hours away and unfortunately my friend lost a day of work as well as my time and day today that was planned to do business with Scott/jimmy. Don’t waste your time coming to this dealership honestly all the other reviews aren’t necessary because I can proudly say that this place is not worth coming too.

I worked with Scott to purchase a used car and the experience was exceptional. I live in Chicago and found the car online and Scott was very responsive and he followed through and delivered as promised on everything. He sent all service records and the entire process was smooth and went without issues.We picked up the VW and we love our car. I cannot recommend Scott and his business more highly. I would give Six stars if I could. Thanks Cars R Us of Kingston (NH) and Scott.

Stay far away!! Please be very careful of these guys. They try to flip cars so fast for a dollar that they know nothing of what they are selling to you nor do they care. They charge you an extra $400 on top of the listed price they don't tell you till you show up. I bought my car about 2 months ago with a laundry list of things I'm still having to do to it to make it safe. I have now had to mechanic's recommend that I report these guys to better business bureau of New Hampshire and maybe to state of New Hampshire for selling unsafe, not road worthy vehicle's to public. Lesson learned for me the hard way. I hope everyone reads this before thinking of buying from these guys. I would recommend you stay far away!! Some of the most shady, dishonest guys I've dealt with in many years now. Once they have your money you nor the car are not their problem. They do not deserve your hard earned money. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE TO BUY A VEHICLE!!!!!!! I hope this helps. I have now spent $3000 more than I payed for car to get it fixed and it's still climbing. I wish you all the best luck in your car search..
