Big thanks to Bump & Grind Auto Body! The silver center plastic on the door handle of my truck (RAM 1500) fell out. No easy way to fix it other than replacing the entire handle. Found the replacment handle (pre-painted) online and ordered it. Once I receved the part, went to Bump & Grind they said yes they could do the install. The schedule was open and to drop it off the next day. Just picked up my truck and the handle was replaced! Easy job for them i'm sure. The only unfortunate thing is they didnt get to utilize any Bumping nor Grinding skills but thats ok. Thanks again!

Looks like my previous review of this business was removed which is suspicious. Anyway, previously I had brought my Jeep Wrangler to this location to have a aftermarket part installed onto the hood of the SUV. Very simple installation. The hood would need to be cut in line with the provided template, sand the rough edges, apply touch up paint & drill the holes so that the pressed studs can line up with the holes. I remember paying $300 for this job, mind you I had already paid for the provided part prior for $155.00 & another $100 to have the part power coated elsewhere beforehand. So, after paying the cost of the install (if you want to call it that) I had brought the vehicle home & noticed that two of the studs are loose. Come to find out after returning to this establishment & confronting the owner, the nylon nuts for fastening the part to the hood were installed using a power tool. When the directions clearly state "do not use any power tools when installing the nylon nuts." The reply I received from the owner was that "they shouldn't have provided nylon nuts then." So, either thy don't take any pride in their work, have no interest in taking accountability in their mistakes or are only out for the money. Therefore, in my humble opinion, find another location to do your needed body work.

Been here a few times for body work. They do great work. However my last experience was not so great. They had my car forever. Once I got my car back my alignment was off. Mind you they charged my insurance for alignment. They got some kind of stain on my dash board. And what they charged my insurance for damage is highway robbery. I will not be using them again.

We had our high end fifth wheel side swiped by a driver. Having dealt with RV repair shops at some dealers, we braced ourselves for what we thought was going to be yet another frustrating experience. We were so very pleasantly surprised! We were called frequently with updates, we communicated when it was we needed the unit back and Bump and Grind delivered! The work done was top notch and my wife and I feel that we are back to where we were prior to the accident. Thank you! Thank You, Thank You!Services: Painting

My vehicle was drop off February 6th. It took them 4 weeks for them to totally finish my truck. I kept calling them to see when it will be done and they told me that they are waiting for a part. That was like a week to 10 days. When I picked up my truck the inside on the door had dirt/mud on it, steering wheel was all gritty, in the bed of the truck was trash from Duncan donuts. Any future work that I need done won't be there.

The staff at bump and grind were great! They setup the rental for you and took care of everything including returning the rental. Our car looked as good as new when it came back! Not only did they fix the back bumper that fixed some scratches and detailed the car!! 100% reccomend them!!

Thank you guys for making my work vehicle brand new!! Roger was a pleasure to deal with! I had paint overspray from landlord painting a fence in my parking lot… also was rear ended at 25mph… the pictures below look like my car is brand new again! Actually looks better than it did before the paint overspray and the accident. 10/10 would recommend bump and grind. They made things convenient from day one! Had my rental there waiting on my scheduled day first thing in the morning at 8am and they fixed my suv in less than a week. They did not over charge or preform any unnecessary work. Honest and professional! Sharon was also a pleasure to deal with while setting up and scheduling not only with me but she organized my rental car and things with my insurance company directly. I’m highly impressed with this body shop and will continue on here as a regular customer whenever my vehicles need work. I dropped off my husbands car today when I picked up mine for the paint overspray and I’m confident it will also look brand new when they are done with it! They even cleaned the inside for free!Service: Body & Trim

My car, my baby, was in an accident and I went to Bump and Grind for an insurance estimate of the damage, and then repairs. The frame was bent and pointed out, yet they said it wasn't, but it is. They did not complete their own line items on the estimate. I had to remove and bring another portion of the car that they neglected to fix, only to pick it up and find they did not treat the back of the piece as they should have, which would have been to prime it. I was told to paint bomb it myself. Normally insurance jobs especially, are looked over w a fine tooth comb to be sure all and then some is rectified. I will not recommend, or return.
