Been in business for 5 year and have gotten great service with Alternative Sales until today. My Tilt Skillet will not fire up. I called them, spoke with Larry in the repair department who felt it was not worth his time to repair the equipment we bought from them due to the distance from their office. Said he was short staffed, and asked me to look for someone closer. I have spent about 30K with this company. Not a penny more. I am all done.
