This is Anders Lund - (My car is Thorr) Owen and Jenine at Kensington have taken care of my vehicles (3) for over 5 years. The care and attention to detail are outstanding - I need to share a recent story - I recently had a transmission failure on my 2019 Mini countryman. Money is tight - Owen went above and beyond to identify ways to repair it. The honesty and character of this business displayed over multiple years is outstanding in today's cut-throat business environment - Thank you, Owen, for developing a business based on character and trust - Thank you, Jenine, for effectively communicating the status of my repairs.

Great work! 3 of my 4 vehicles are serviced here. Always great work and prices much less than Audi or BMW dealerships. The owner and employees are super friendly. I’m very particular about my cars and they never disappoint.

This review is going to be a little long. I used to have my 2015 Audi A3 serviced at East Coast Auto in Hampton. Now I'm not trashing them at all, they do good work. But their prices for me have become too high. I needed a driver side bearing and a coolant flush and all wheel alignment. That was going to cost me around $1600. I remembered a friend of mine telling me about Kensington Auto so I gave them a call and spoke with Owen. I told him the services I needed and he did say that without looking at the car he would get me a quote based on what I told him. I got a quote for around $600. I almost fell out of my chair. He said that he needed to put the car up on the lift to confirm and we set up a time on a Saturday. I bought the car in and he did he thing. At that time I meet Jeanine "she's awesome" and we did some small talk. Owen confirm what I needed and we set up an appointment to fix my car. Now here's the kicker when I asked Jeanine what I owed her she said no charge. Any time I've ever had someone look at my car it's at least $100, I couldn't believe what I heard so I gave her $20 for coffees for the guys. Now I get the work done and when I go to pay I noticed that it's a little cheaper. So Jeanine tells me that since I had an alignment done a few weeks ago I didn't need one. My experience with most garages would have been to charge me for the alignment even though I didn't need one. All in all they are my new garage and it's so awesome to find honest people still in this world. Also I did have my rear brakes done and the experience was awesome again. I'm so grateful to have found and tried Kensington Auto. You won't go wrong having anything done there. Thank you, Bobby D

I had a fantastic experience at Kensington Auto Works in Kensington, NH. Owen, the owner, is an incredibly honest mechanic. The service was prompt, the staff was friendly, and my car is running smoothly. I highly recommend their reliable and trustworthy service!

Owen and his team are next level, He was recommended through BavAuto as the BMW guru back in my BMW days. They are far more than that though, he has maintained my truck since it was delivered to me from the factory. You will not find a more personable, knowledgable, dependable and honest group around. I trust these people. They are kind, compassionate and give a detailed list of things up with your car. We have had some rough times with a lemon we bought from Massachusetts and the kensington autoworks team has helped us getting it back up and running. It was expensive, (we had serious car issues! Needed a new transmission and many other things) but major repairs like that are very expensive in general. Communication was clear, open and effective. Having a mechanic you trust is priceless.
