Pharmacy is terrible will not tell you if they have a drug in stock because they are too worried about being robbed - don’t waste your time go to CVS or Rite Aide at least they act like people

I’ve been waiting for 3 days for my meds to be filled. I’m still waiting. I’m gonna transfer to another chain pharmacy. The Automatic phone system simply says I’m sorry for your inconvenience and we will call you when order is ready. This is awful service .

Worst place ever!!!! Tha man that dresses like a woman screws up whole deal wrong mess wrong address all of above then when I notice price is wrong it still takes my money And processes it then says oh its the wrong one you normally get but sorry I can't take it back now so I'm out 100$ now broke and have Ned's that I can't and won't take and I need them to function and can't afford the right ones.the head pharmacy says oh well and they have you leave. F...worsted staff in the world. It's there screw up yet they don't own it

This is pathetic. I have a prescription in which I need and it’s a narcotic which is dangerous to withdraw from and these people gave me a partial prescription which I’ve never gotten in my life and then they close at 7 PM every day that is insane people need their medication. They really need to change their hours, I am beyond willing to contact the corporate office about this. Also want to add that I have for prescriptions in which you always need a photo ID for whatever reason they did not confirm with my ID if it’s really me picking up my medication that is so unethical and professional and dangerous. Anybody could’ve said they were me and got my medication and put me in a really bad situation. This is not OK. Changes need to be made ASAP.

It's almost Christmas & the store was pretty empty. Great for me as I'm a browser. I hit clearance aisle first, if your breastfeeding or have little ones it's for you. That's all that was in clearance, very disappointed as usually I find great items. Then to fabric & sewing. Bobbins & needles were marked down. No clearance fabric! Nothing I would consider a clearance price, except tutu netting @ 0.67 cents. I was disappointed but I found the perfect material for my livingrm curtains. I was so excited. Only to find that in the 2 cardboard wraps of material there was pre-cut pieces! Employees that regularly work in sewing would have folded & priced each one to place in bin for scraps. Again I was so disappointed. I purchased 2 yards along w/a lining material to use in my kitchen. Each employee I spoke with was in a great mood. That was a great mood booster. I used self check-out where I met Kayla. Kayla was friendly & talkative. Then Shannon who was at the exit joined in. He also was very nice. I left feeling good because of Kayla & Shannon. That's how a shopping experience should end.

I rarely review but after the rude pharmacist I just spoke to hung up on me mid-sentence, I find it necessary. Avoid this location if you can! I have heard horror stories from others trying to get prescriptions from them recently, but this is the first time I’ve gone there in many years myself to experience it.At 2 PM my husband was told my daughter’s prescription would be ready in an hour. Her grandfather was kind enough to run to Keene at 5 PM, to give them ample time to have it ready. When he arrived they told him it would be another hour and a half. I called to ask if they could expedite since he drove in from out of town. She started to make excuses (which I’m sure they are very busy and I’ve heard understaffed, unfortunately), but then said she would get to it ASAP, clearly exasperated. As I was saying thank you and starting to ask about flavoring she hung up with on me, clearly not wanting to talk to me anymore. So once again I had to call back.I understand being overwhelmed, but you don’t hang up on someone trying to get medicine for their sick kid.

I have never had a bad experience at the pharmacy, my prescriptions are always filled on time and hassle free check out. I have used Walgreens Fed Ex shipping as well as online delivery services with no issues. The in store experience is always fast with friendly staff members.

Honestly, I don't get this place?!?!?! I have gone to get prescriptions for my girlfriend and our kids and it is always the same thing. I am sorry they are not ready yet has been the answer more times than not. We call and they say oh we can have that ready for you in 10 minutes. I get there and it's sorry it's not ready yet come back tomorrow after 10 am. It is starting to get ridiculous now...

Called to check on when my daughters adhd medication would be in as it has been a week. The girl that answered the phone in the pharmacy was so rude and flat out told me to switch pharmacies! No worries kid I will be as the customer service at this pharmacy is awful!

Beware the new crew. No idea if these people are new, I’ve never seen them until recently. Waited 35min in the drive through just to falsely be told they didn’t take my insurance which they 100000% do. Used this pharmacy for a year and never had problems, the two “new” ladies working around 3:30pm were a tag-team of rejecting customers. Always 2 or more people looking at the monitor trying to figure out what is going on
