I called for a short notice appointment which to my surprise they were able to accommodate! Their shop is spotless and the waiting area is large and comfortable. Friendly staff and quality work.

I was on my way home from Vermont back to New Jersey when I started hearing a strange noise coming from my car as I accelerated. Wasn’t sure what it was but it sounded like my tire. I stopped at the shop 45 minutes before closing but they looked took a look at my car anyways. They had some trouble figuring it out at first but turns out a piece of loose rubber was flapping in the wind near my windshield. Anyways, even though they found nothing wrong with the tire, I am so appreciative of the fact that they kept working to figure it out! They even stayed a bit past closing to figure it out since I told them I still had over 200 miles of driving to do to get home. They also gave my car a quick safety inspection to make sure I’d be fine. They certainly gave me piece of mind. Should I find myself in New Hampshire again, these will be my go to guys without a doubt. (Ladies, no they did not try to charge an arm and a leg. They were honest!) 1000% recommended.

I brought my car to VIP in Keene for the first time today. I needed to get my inspection done and of course other issues arose that would have left me leaving with a failed inspection and the stress of getting repairs done before it could pass inspection. Pat and Richard were phenomenal and squeezed the repairs in on the spot so I wouldn’t have to coordinate getting out of work early another day or drive in an unsafe vehicle. I am beyond grateful for them and them getting me in not just for my inspection, but also for getting me back on the road safe. I’ve been looking for a go to place for vehicle work and am relieved to have found a spot for future work!

Keene location. I had a three hour drive then a 6AM flight in the AM. One of my tires kept getting low too quickly that day. Went into VIP at 4PM hoping they could assess the situation and fix the problem. They understood the situation and took us in. 45 minutes later they had patched up a leak AND replaced the stem. Very professional. I overheard some other people at VIP and their car issues. The staff did a great job of working with them to discuss their issues and offered solid meaningful and appropriate solutions. Super happy customer.

I got my tires here! It was short notice without an appointment and they gave me the best deal to help me save money! They also do oil changes which is awesome because I get to save even more money. Their helpful and caring who take their time on listening to their customers amd answer all your questions. Last but not least, they have free coffee & wifi!
