The Keene post office and their delivery personal suck. They constantly leave my packages out in the rain. I’ve had many things I’ve received damaged because they got wet. I’ve complained numerous times, but it seems like the manager is just as dumb and non-caring as their delivery personal.

I've had the same address for years, and never had issues with deliveries until one of the drivers scanned a package as delivered before delivering it. After my wife talked with the staff here, the driver now has a personal issue with me, and went through my package. The staff on the phone was extremely unprofessional, and didn't actually fix any of my issues.

Why am I getting my mail after 6pm? Really, what's the point of that? I'm less than a mile from the post office.
Two stars because the staff at this location is polite and helpful but this delivery service is rubbish.

Love DEI or die state???? Recently the post office is sending around agents in plain tee shirts and they seem to get bonus points for giving you the neighbors mail while simultaneously leaving your mail, god knows where..….

Literally the worst when it comes to delivering packages. I get them directly delivered to the door, which has no coverage from the elements. So when melting snow drips off the roof it falls directly onto the stoop where packages get delivered. Most people would be able to look and see the water dripping off the house but not this delivery driver. I wouldn't be as upset about this if it happened once, however this has occurred the last 3 times packages have come via USPS. The time before last was this most recent storm in which the door bell was not rang nor the door knocked. In fact, I think I have only had them ring or knock maybe 3 or 4 times in the almost 2 years living at this address. They did use a bag, however the bag was placed with the opening folded over and put underneath actually making it worse for the cat litter we had ordered inside the box. Honestly it just baffles me to step outside and see the pure neglect this person has. The Fed Ex driver actually moved this box pictured shortly before I went to get it to the walkway in front of the dripping roof where the water couldn't get to it. Frankly this woman has not been lazy just these 3 times, often stuffing packages that do not fit into our mailbox making it difficult to get them out. Reaching out directly to USPS in the past has been futile so I have resorted to this method.

My mail delivery for the past 7 years was always great- he always came around the exact same time regardless of weather or holidays- then the mailman retired…. Now I’m lucky to even get mail daily…. When it is delivered it’s at random times (meaning the new mailman has no set route or schedule ?♀️) sometimes in the AM sometimes at 7pm- sometimes none. Maybe they are short staffed but they certainly need to do better!I’m adding that the times I’ve went inside the post office I’ve had nothing but great experiences!

You guys didn't even try to deliver my package and then when I sent someone to track the driver down he still refused to release the package. Lazy driver didn't even leave a notice on the door

I don’t know what the person with the letter B went through but I’m 63-year-old woman, and I’ve lived in Keene, my whole life and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I will grant a lot of the older have retired which they deserve to but the new ones are still just as delightful, and the best thing about it how many of you can say you walk into your local post office and they know your name. In small towns I’m sure there’s a lot, but not in a lot of towns out there in the United States as this happened I love post office. I love the people that work for him and I give them an A+.

I've never experienced a Post Office quite like this. The staff are friendly, helpful, they answer the phone, and they remember you. If anyone in "upper management" reads these, please know that your entire crew in Keene is wonderful.

As far as Post Offices go, you can't really ask for better. They have automatic machines to weigh and pay for packages as well as buy stamps. There is ample parking and I especially like the postmen and women who work at the front counter in customer service! I have been to quite a few Post Offices, and in general, the workers are usually grumpy, in a rush, and generally rather rude. I cannot say any of these things about the ones who work in Keene. They are always very polite and friendly as well as patient and helpful. I know for a fact that it is a very stressful job ( my father was a mail carrier for 25 years), so I give these guys and girls credit and a heartfelt appreciation for doing their jobs with a smile on their faces day in and day out!

Scheduled a package pickup for April 4 and it was for two priority packages and my mailman never picked them up. This is the second time something like this happened. I am disappointed in the post office in my town.

These folks work very hard. No it’s not perfect but they do the best they can under the circumstances. We need to be more patient.
