My package has been at the Keene UPS facility says my package would be here today. So I call at 3:30pm today and ask to come pick my package up and they are telling me I can't come pick it up I have to wait for it to be delivered. Even though our delivery driver said the people higher up have made them stop delivering this way everyday to delivering every other day and if we needed we could always go when the customer service center was open and pick our packages up.

Boiler plate UPS dropoff and shipping counter. Nothing super special. Their hours of operation are odd, I see this often nationwide with smaller UPS depots they are cutting back hours or only open a few hours a day. I wish UPS would take these places more seriously and keep them open. I do not like the UPS Store (privately owned franchises) as they mark up the shipping prices where these company owner customer counters do not.

This is the most embarrassing, horrifying customer service I have ever experienced. If you buy or sell online and rely on logistics DO NOT use UPS. Due to a clerical error on their end I have been unable to receive my package. They refuse to drop it off at my house, I'm unable to change online settings, I was misguided to a facility that isn't open to pick up my package (after driving out of my way and missing work time). I've chatted with multiple individuals who gave me cookie cutter answers and were intentionally trying to mislead me. We live in a modern world with suspect service and UPS takes the cake as the absolute worst. Don't bother calling anyone, it is a waste of your time. They have forever lost my business and I will make sure as few of my colleagues and customers use them as well. In a time when logistics are more important than ever, this company will eventually fail due to their incompetence and lack of service. I hope I'm able to see that day.

DO NOT USE!!!! STOLE MY MEDICATION RESEALED IT AT 5:39 A.M. WHERE IT WAS RIPPED OPEN. DELIVERED EMPTY. NATIONAL EMAILED THEM & WILL NOT RESPOND!Instead of a nonsense “apology” why not pull the tape and see who stole my meds? They opened it and replaced it with your own PAL label at 5;39. Why not reach out to me? Why not find the thief? Why not the least bit of customer service?

Horrible drivers. Lazy won’t even come up a driveway. Rude to my son when I wasn’t home and now marks packages as unable to deliver.

I have a long driveway and the driver gets upset that my vehicles are parked in my driveway so he cant turn around. Its my driveway, not sure where he expects me to park?? Maybe learn to back up. After repeated calls and finally speaking with "The manager" I discover that she has no regard for customers, customer service, or the merchandise that they are paid to deliver. So frustrating...No issues with USPS, Fedex, Amazon or any other delivery service, only UPS.

The Customer Service Rep inside took care of my labeled packages and helped me finalize 5 others to ship out. He was professional, accommodating, and very friendly. Would recommend if you do not requiring purchasing of packaging material to ship your item.Two notes:The Customer Service Rep inside works after 3pm and this is NOT as UPS Store with packaging for sale. It can ship out your packages if they have a shipping label printed out.
