I just had a tire change over from winter to summer. The guy at the counter, I think his name was Kevin, was excellent. Couldn't be more helpful and friendly. He did everything he could to make sure I got my appointment as soon as possible and was done on time and things went smoothly.

I phoned first thing in the morning and talked to Steve. He was able to fit me in that day which I was so grateful for. He didn't have the tires I was looking for in stock so he got them in on the same day delivery truck. He always smiled and was friendly despite a hectic week. I have been going to Tire Wearhouse for Years and will continue to go there. Thank You!

I have always been treated well at the Keene, NH Tire Warehouse and other locations, but Concord NH Tire Warehouse over charges for services. The prices are not consistent from one location to the next. Concord NH location wanted to charge double or triple price as the Keene, NH location. I will drive 50+ miles to the Keene NH location because I know I will get treated right there.

Bought some tires that wore out. Store helped me get another set and gave me a great credit, and they handle every challenge I give them. Great team! If I moved 100 miles away, I'd still only do business with this store. Great customer service. I'm a customer for life now. Try them, you'll see. They treat everyone I've sent there with the same great attitude and service they have with us since day one.

I scheduled an appointment online after selecting the tires that were "in stock and avaialble...with a "$283 rebate" which would bring my total for 4 tires, installed to $471, which was a great deal!
I received a confirmation for the appointment and noticed it said, "call store to confirm they have the tires you selected in hand for your appointment..." so, I called.
First of all, they couldn't find the appointment and said that the online appointment system doesn't really work... and that they didn't actually have time for me that day so I had to postpone and wait longer (I had a slow.leak, so time was of the essence). When I asked them to confirm that the tires I selected on line were in fact in stock, he reported that they have the brand, but they actually don't even come in the size I selected....even though the website allowed me to select them in that size and even gave me a quote, which thankfully I saved and shared with the technician. He couldn't explain why they didn't show in their system, but promised he could find me something equally comparable when I came in...
I went to the appointment, that same tech from the phone call was luckily worked and remembered the scenario. He said he send my online quote to corporate so they could fix the issue, and he did get me a set of 4 new tires, installed, which was great....but about $100 more than the online quote I was provided with. They are a step up in quality, so I don't mind, but the whole online process and system is AWFUL. I encourage anyone using it to NOT. Just call the store to schedule and select tires as the online option corrupt, frustrating and a waste of time!
