They appear to have gone bust. I placed a £150 order 2 months ago. Never shipped, loads of excuses from customer services, eventually asked for refund, ignored. Now their website has gone down and no one answers the phone or emails.

I worked for this company for almost 10 years. My last year working there was the worst experience of my career. I physically printed and helped develop most of the shirts produced there since 2012 and took much pride in how I used my artistic and creative knowledge with this job. In the end, the management within the company was so ignorant that they had no problem in taking credit for others work for their own self growth that I was pushed out for standing my ground. I know this continues to be a problem as I have gained many relationships with my previous coworkers. What was once a fun, enjoyable workplace has now become into one where you go home feeling unaccomplished and unappreciated. Everyone deserves a reward of acknowledgment in your place of work to feel confident, and to also take pride in the work that you do.

(Translated by Google) Honestly very disappointed, few details, dull colors. Nothing like what is offered. La imagen tiene muy pocos detalles, colores opacos, nada parecido al producto ofrecido. Además, parecieran franelas viejas que estuvieron almacenadas por mucho tiempo.

Loved this company for their fun t-shirts. Ordered nearly a month ago and have yet to receive my order even though it's listed as "shipped". Day after I ordered from The Mountain, my bank card was hacked and money was taken from my account. Completely unresponsive and unhelpful customer service when dealing with shipping issues about mischarges and shipping. Extremely unprofessional, very sketchy business practices, and lacking any common sense on the basis of customer service.

$40 for two kids t-shirts, 2 weeks later, still no shirts??? Beyond ridiculous! Emailed customer service, they don’t seem to be concerned, why should they? They already have my money…

I've just received my t-shirts today. They were of great quality and looked very good. The customer service was a little bit slow, but they probably have lots of orders to process. Nevertheless if you contact them and get on their radar, they will get to you, and will ship out your order in a week or two. Cheers, Yuli

This place is absolutely useless in every aspect of the word. From the top of the food chain all the way to the cowardly management, this companies doors will be shut in no time(surprised they’ve lasted this long). HR is laughable, management might as well be run by Stevie Wonder, and the product, my niece could knit together, and she’s 6. Steer clear. Trust me and the thousands of others who know.

Order for 4 mugs placed Dec 7th. Mugs shipped Dec 17th for delivery to Florida. Fedex delivery date given Dec 20th. No mugs arrived. Called The Mountain on the 1-877 customer service phone number and well, I had the "pleasure" of speaking to a "customer service" agent in Manilla who could not have cared less about delivery issues or delays and I gave up in the end. I contacted Fedex who stated delivery would be Christmas Eve as The Mountain had shipped the mugs in the cheapest possible manner. Well Fedex delivered on their promise. The mugs arrived Dec 24th, extremely poorly packaged and ALL 4 mugs broken!I had to rush out at the very last minute to purchase replacement gifts before the guests arrived. Emailed customer service after the Holiday weekend....no reply. 4 days later I called customer service and did after som hm and ha with a lady speaking/understanding poor English get a refund. As someone who has been shopping with The Mountain for going on 20 years and have a few shirts that old still looking great, who also used to stock and sell The Mountain shirts in my own store for many years starting back some 15+ years ago, I am getting more and more disappointed in both quality and service. In my humble opinion and for what it's worth, The Mountain has taken to many detours away from their focus on their great shirts into homewares, drinkware/dogbeds etc and the quality and durability of their shirts has started to deteriorate over the past few years. The fact that The Mountain makes a big deal og being an American company and being environmentally friendly IS great... How The Mountain used to proudly state they used American cotton WAS great, but I cannot seem to find that statement anywhere anymore (and half your links to your various About US information pages are dead/leads back to the main page) so that is NOT so great.. The fact that The Mountain as a proud and supposedly patriotic American company outsource ALL their customer service phone 1-877.... calls to call centres in Manilla/Philippines where some of your customer service agents speak lousy english despite their "American" names... NOT so much.

The shirts are fantastic and the art work amazing, but the obsession with putting their logo smack dab in the middle of the artwork is incredibly obnoxious. When you pay these prices for a t-shirt to make a statement, you don't expect to be wearing a brand. If you wanted to be branded you could get several Old Navy shirts for the price of one of these. At the very least they could put the logo on the back of the collar so the artwork wouldn't be impacted.
