It's an excellent store but much more it's a great staff, and that makes all the difference. I was the store today and got helped by Thomas, who not only quickly solved my problem but saved me a considerable amount of money as well. That's rare in retail and a sign of his (and the store's) integrity. I will definitely be back!

Cost of shoes is too expensive. I didn't wanna spend $140 on shoes. Times are tough and most of us aren't looking to spend that much money. I ended up going to famous footwear where they will refund you if you don't wanna keep the shoes and not just give you a store credit. Also can spend a lot less for something that looks and feels more durable. Think it's more of a place for seasoned runners than for overweight people looking to get back into shape. Thank you for your time, but you might wanna just refund people's money because I heard about it when I took my business elsewhere so a lot of people most know about the no refunds thing. I probably won't go back I'll just stick with famous footwear because they've been good to me since I was a kid and I'm not looking to get ripped off buying a pair of shoes that look and feel cheap.

I went into Ted's just really looking at new shoes. Kaylee immediately introduced herself and welcomed me and my fiance into the store. She was extremely helpful, kind, honest and thorough. She really made the experience quick and easy. I appreciate her and the store very much for helping me find nice, stylish and comfy shoes!!!

My 7-year-old son: "These shoes are FIRE!"
Today I had the most wonderful interaction and purchasing experience at Ted's Shoe & Sport! It was time to purchase new shoes for myself and my 7-year-old son. We were greeted by the man himself, Ted. He engaged with my son about some really cool shoes and gave him options. Really psyched him up about some shoes that would help his balance (and they really do!) And my son was in heaven. He has quite the display of kids shoes with a variety of colors, styles and brands. I won't be getting shoes for my son anywhere else.
Ted ordered me some amazing Hoka shoes for work, and we just had such a memorable interaction. We were treated as people, in a very warm and welcoming environment. Everyone is beyond friendly!
If you're needing shoes for your family, I HIGHLY recommend Ted's.

Thank you Nick! Thank you Ted! Outstanding service! Nick was attentive as soon as I came in. A polite greeting and asking questions to make me feel comfortable and to make sure I got the correct shoe in the color and style I like. And I won a cool new pair of shades! Even though the store was very busy that day and he greeted others as they came in or passed by us, I never felt like he was unfocused on me. Thank you Ted for teaching your team the importance of and how to give great customer service.
I would also like to thank you Ted for opening your doors to me during covid . I needed new work shoes and you slipped shoes thru the doors to me to try on in the parking lot. Again making sure i had the correct shoe. What a strange time. Thank you again!

It didn't used to matter what I ran in, how I ran, where I ran. One shoe did it all, but I never quite had it right and after some time, I'd question if it was the shoe or if I was just getting old.

As always, a great experience with Ted's. Mia took great care and time with me and made sure my new Merrell boots fit properly. Nice to find the ability to do some stretching of new footwear when needed.
