Shopped at Target in Keene yesterday. I found the items I needed and proceeded to check out. What a horrendous experience that was. The line was backed up halfway down the store. There were a few full service cashiers and of the 4 self serve registers, two of them were closed. I suggest that Target get some immediate solution to this problem. I have been getting text messages from Target telling me that I have not used my Target Red card recently. Well it will be a long time before I use it again. The Keene Walmart is a much better alternative. No checkout lines, pleasant employees, and an overall great experience...

Had a great experience! We purchased a 70 inch TV online and we drove up to the customer pick up area and they were very quick to assist us and got it loaded up and everything for us. Very happy all around with the customer service! Keep it up :-) We love shopping here!

Never enough cashiers open, then they have 2 people in self check out directing people where to go but you can’t use self check out with more than 10 items. Maybe one person should be helping to check out larger orders?? I hate cashing out here, always an unorganized mess. Bathrooms are terrible.

Didn't have hardly any men's shoes. Son needed some nice shoes dir homecoming and even the employees didn't seem to understand that there were no shoes dor men... only slippers. ?

Annoyed to say the least, I placed a drive up order because I had my son in the car and he was sick. I was ordering medicene for him. Well we pull up and I had to bring him because your curb side wasn’t being used. Which that’s fine but don’t let me place the order because I would have sent someone else to get it so I didn’t have to drag him in the store. I was not notified at any time that I wasn’t going ti be able to do curb side until I pulled up in a spot. I love target but this experience was less than thrilling.

I have called 11 times and counting. 7 trying to connect with electronics and 4 for guest service. I would like to know if an item is in stock before driving 35 minutes to the store to find out it is not. I choose target over walmart for the customer service but that is no longer the case. It is the same now as walmart just more expensive.

My time is limited to shop due to other obligations. Shopping online to pick up in store is fast and efficient service.

Extremely clean store with uncluttered aisles. We found most everything we went there for. The produce section was missing some basic items like tomatoes. Bathrooms (at least the men's) were clean with handsoap and paper towels. Very large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces available.

I went into Target to look at purchasing a Consumer Cellular phone and was pretty confused on the different selections and a little intimidated that I didn't have a knowledge base to really hold a decent conversation of what we needed. .......And then along came CJ, !!! He was able to explain everything to me in detail. Let me know what it was we needed gig wise based on our conversation - reviewed going online and setting up service.... I couldn't have asked for a better customer service. Upon making the purchase, he told me to reach out to the phone number indicated, and that I could also return if I had any further questions (and let me know what the return policies were just in case it wasn't the phone for us). The world has been pretty upside down since Covid, and it's pretty clear that folks in his position probably aren't always treated with the utmost respect, but he certainly did make sure that I was. He made my entire shopping experience, a pleasure, and he is nothing but joy. Take care of him Target!! somebody's going to steal away an exceptional employee like him!

I made a pick up order yesterday. Under a different name, for privacy. Anyways, they said my order was all set to go so I drive over an hour to get there and over an hour back home only to find out they didn’t give me four of the items I purchased…save your time and money and just don’t come here.

I visited this store several times now. I was hoping it would look better than other Target stores but, nope. Not sure what happened to this company. But I do notice that most stores are extremely short staffed, and the managers chosen are not the best for the job. In this store, I heard the store manager berating a team leader while other employees as well as customers were present. This clearly shows a lack of upbringing, education and knowledge of etiquette.
