Sad to say you get much better service and knowledge if you ever decide to switch over to T Mobile. The store has unfriendly customer rules making it hard to accomplish anything unless you are "There in person and have time to kill".

The store folks are as help as they can be. Its disgusting that a company would leave folks with out full network coverage in this Keene area for over a year! I tried them and it was a horrible experience! run away! My bill was not what was agreed on, and no service had me going back to my original carrier. DON'T DO IT!

Stood there for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from either of the 2 young kids working there. They both had a customer when I walked in and hand them their paperwork as both customer were done. Then stood there talking for 22 minutes about their trucks to the customers. Neither even acknowledged me. I left. Their loss as I was spending over 2k for 3 new phones. This is the 3rd time to this store for something and always a issue

Phenomenonal! I went drove 45 minutes here to switch from Verizon. They paid off our phones, our bill was just about half (went from $280 with Verizon to $150 with T-Mobile). The employees were absolutely amazing, answered all questions & more! I highly recommend going here for your cellphone needs.

Excellent service at this T-Mobile store in Keene, NH. We needed a SIM card to put in my husband's phone as he was transferring his service to my T-Mobile account. Marcus took care of us. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We were in and out within 15 minutes or less. This was yet another very positive experience in dealing with T-Mobile!

My wife bought a z4 flip phone 9 months ago and now she's having a problem with her screen brings it back to the store they tell her that they are aware of the problem with that model and that you can only open and close it 1000 times before this will happen then tell her that they can only replace it with a refurbished phone not a new one when she bought the insurance plan so who wants to do that when it's possible that it could happen again and she still is paying on it

Run, don't walk, away from this store. They are not a corporate T-Mobile store, just an authorized dealer. They play by their own rules not T-Mobile. We had issues with our internet service and I went there looking for help. Nope can't help me, I called T-Mobile and was helped immediately, even giving me a courtesy credit for my troubles. T-Mobile is a great company just make sure you go to a corporate store, not Keene.

This place is a riot!! Everyone is so lively and friendly I'd definitely go back 100% , I went in to find a case for my phone and I think just about everyone surched for it until they found the right one for me! Super helpful and super fun store , 10 out of 10 would go back

Really bad experience. The staff member there either hates his job or his life. I was very patient with him to ensure I didn't set him off. All of my questions were answered with big huffs, sighs of disappointment-- followed by: idk Google it. Or idk, I don't remember.I left with a new phone but none of data was transferred. I think it was for the better. Judging by his energy, he would have purposely messed something up.I've been with T-Mobile for years. I will never go back to this location.

T-Mobile in Keene is knowingly scamming and ripping off customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if their behavior is illegal and I would gladly join a class action case.

Staff was very patient in a difficult situation. They fix the problem that the Sprint on line has not been able to fix for 1 month and a lot of anxiety. I' d like them to be closer to be me. Maybe some day...
