I came in to buy gasoline. The pump was very slow. Once the tank was full, the pump did not shut off. Gasoline splashed all over the side of my car. I had to get my car washed. Not happy, will probably do business elsewhere in the future.

I was able to pull right up to a pump. This is a very busy gas station & waiting to get fuel is not irregular. There also are multiple air/vacumn machines, and a car wash. I lived in close proximity for years, so I always stopped here. What made me continue to come back year after years, decade after decade? The employees & store manager(owner?). They are ALL amazing, so friendly, lots of laughs. I've never been in at a time any employee was unhappy or having a bad day. The prices are good. The restroom is kept clean. There tons of reasons to become a regular but I can't think of one not to check it out!

One star is to good them. Don't ever go thru the car wash at the Keene location if you value your car. This car wash does not get your car clean. On top of that the rollers pushed my car into the exit door of the wash. When the door started to go up it ripped off my front license plate and pulled the frame out of the bumper. Then it scratched up the front of my hood. The best part is that their insurance claims manager, David Hilton, says it's not their fault or problem. Don't do business with these people.

Be careful is using debit/credit here. I went in to prepay for some gas using my debit card. I noticed later that I was charged twice. After calling Citgo customer service I was told they not only take out your purchase price but also an additional authorization for the same amount thus tying up double my money. NOT HAPPY and days later I am still waiting to get my money released.

(I sent them the following email on Nov 2, 2017, but did not receive a reply.) I have been a customer of your Keene NH location for more than 20 years. You now have audio/video ads on your pumps, and even though there is a MUTE button, after I push it the first time, the ads keep starting up again. I detest being forced to listen to ads. I cannot give you any more of my business as long as you have these obnoxious ads on your pumps.

Plenty of pumps but not much hot food selection. They also fill propane tanks
