I ordered a pair of boots online (because Born no longer carries them and Synergy just happened to have 1 pair left in my size) and when they arrived, I realized that there was some weird glue lump on the inside of one of the boots. I emailed Synergy hoping they had a pair to replace them, unfortunately they didn't, but they offered to cover the cost of me having a local cobbler repair the shoe so that I could still have the boots that I had searched high and low for. Thank you for your above and beyond customer service!

On Christmas when you’re expecting something special for someone special, and a Store decides not to take care of you then this store synergy has exactly what you need and they have an incredible staff made my Christmas wonderful because my fiancé’s gift was lost because of a different store, thank you very much to these wonderful people above and beyond to help out, I’m not the easiest customer to deal with, but they knew exactly how to take care of the situation and they all stay nice and calm all and I think them very much merry Christmas to you guys and thank you for your help

They have a lot of name brand items like Dr Martens, Birkenstocks, Colombia, Blundstone, and hydroflasks. They also carry really cute dresses that have a variety of patterns and usually they have racks of clothes that are on sale. The service is usually good too. I recommend this place if you're looking for cute summery dresses or come during the winter for quality jackets.

Minus the gift card I have yet to use, I feel no need to ever go to synergy in Keene again. Minnie is 2 and asked to go to the bathroom which the girl said “well it’s not uh a public bathroom but you can go to subway” now without anytime to argue because she’s 2! I had to leave my dad and baby, pick her up and legitimately run 10 stores down on Main Street to subway and buy a drink so that my 2 year old could not pee her pants.

A super, little, local mostly clothing store for the whole family. Great gifts often discounted or on sale. Really fashionable items.
