As always a great experience- repeat customer for several years now.
My only complaint is John was out on vacation and I couldn’t give him any sarcasm. Great guy!
I’ve spent several thousand dollars and will be spending even more once they pull the engine and send it out for a rebuild/machining new surfaces. They have never tried to upsell. Always have given me honest opinions.
I really do love the Employee Owned Company!

My new place to go for maintenance of my 2022 BMW. They've actually told me when I DON'T need something done. The reason I stopped going to the dealerships in Manchester and Nashua.

Excellent service and customers are treated with respect. They always take the time to thoroughly explain services to me and have consistently provided honest recommendations about whether or not a service is necessary. Pricing is moderate and typically in line with going rates. A solid choice and one that I trust the safety of my familys' vehicles with.

One of the more honest repair garages I've been to in 10 years. I do alot of repairs myself but as I've gotten older there are some repairs I'm just not up for.
They lifted my truck and showed me what they found. I know enough to know they weren't jerking me around.
Price quoted was extremely reasonable. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

The tech stepped on my underarmour sunglasses and broke the arm. I noticed this immediately when I entered my car as they were on the floor out of the case.
Tech says they "don't remember" damaging the glasses so they refuse responsibility for the claim.
Unfortunate first experience. Would not recommend.

The staff at Sullivan Tire in Keene. were very pleasant and accommodating. They went out of their way to take care of us, as a walk in, on a busy day.
We were told how long it would take, and it was spot on.
Couldn't be happier, kudos to the whole staff!
