From a price perspective, the deal we have is great. I called to ask them how to port forward (gaming thing) and they actually did this over the phone for me and even called me back when it was complete. Thus far, their service people have been good. Believe me, when comparing them to Cox or Comcast (which I've had for years), Spectrum has had much better service in comparison. Hopefully, my service and their customer service continues to be as good as it has been.

We signed up for Mobile phones and Internet service over a year ago, and there were serious challenges in the mobile phone industry. We worked with a number of Tech Support people at Spectrum. As they said they would, theymade it right and we do not regret choosing Spectrum.Service and coverage are great and keep getting better.

I was a customer for many years. They'd literally raise the price like $20 each month. I contacted the FCC about them three times to get disputes resolved. A very shady company. I'm so happy with Fidium now. It's so much better. Spectrum needs to be sued and disbanded imho

This is a company who holds all of the cards in a deck that is stacked against the consumer. From the poor quality of goods offered, right down to the unfriendly customer service! Do not subscribe to Spectrum . . . it will only cause disappointment and continued misery.

This is a place that makes you feel like you are eating at home. Really nice staff and I enjoyed talking to one of the owners. If the weather is right there is an outside patio area that looks really inviting. The food is fabulous as well and I will definitely try the breakfast next time.

I hope the city council does something with you guys on keene nh I pay good money picture freeze cant watch red sox game without cable going off 5 to 6 times you say it it weather power related but it is nice out tonight and no power failure I wish comcast was in or area I have no problem at my summer camp with them

This isn't a reflection of the employees at Keene, rather the company policies and services as a whole. This location is set-up to sell their mobile phone service as a priority, rather than deal with customer issues for their other services. This would be fine if Spectrum service wasn't inherently rife with major issues. Internet and Cable services experience multiple signal loss issues daily (I'm a telecom tech, it is NOT my home's cabling, it's the signal off the pole), the cable guide is often incorrect (same channels on my other property's Comcast guide are accurate), etc.. So of course there is always a line of people here to address issues. This is also a college town, so there are a lot of start/stop service customers in line. I feel bad for the employees here. They are in a high-stress environment from the start of their shift till the end, everyday. Only because their company prioritizes selling more sub-par services to customers than providing the level of service they've already promised people. I recommend Getting Fidium Fiber and YouTube TV. Same cost, FAR better quality services, and no 45 minute visits just to swap a modem.
