Duncan is wonderful. He helped upgrade our services and reduce our monthly bill. He was also terrific when we set up and cancelled service for our daughter while she attended Keene State. We’ve been happy customers since they opened. Give him a bonus!

I had Dunkin Jones the specialist at Spectrum. He was extremely helpful, patient, very knowledgeable. He didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. He simply helped me. I went there to transfer from a phone to another phone and he was very helpful all the way through the end process. Thank you Duncan!

I have such a new opinion on this biz and it's all due to Duncan Jones. Switched my cell carrier to spectrum and dude did all the work. Dealt with U.S. trying to retain me. Legit made it effortless. I'll say this, Spectrum needs to give Duncan a raise or a store of his own. Awesome customer experience, hands down.
