I went to your business today to attempt to ship an envelope from Swanzey to the West Coast .. today is Friday, I requested a Monday delivery. I was quoted just over $100. I declined the offer, went to the Post Office and sent it Priority for $9.95, with expected delivery on the day I needed. Curious, I CALLED FedEx and asked them to quote me a rate. Just over $70. So basically you are taking a 50% markup to stand in front of a terminal ask me a bunch of questions and then hand it to FedEx? I know this place is under new management, and quite aware that costs have gone up to ship (why I compared the do it myself cost) but there is only one word for your pricing. Usurious. Look it up.

They do not honor vendor bar codes for returning amazon products. They will make you pay shipping even if you have a scalable bar code.

Shipping, I have never had an issue they are great. But possessive over the parking lot. Says for customers only. I'm a customer and ship nearly every day. Today is beautiful so after I shipped I went for a 10 min walk. He met me at my car telling me I was not allowed to do that. Parking for customers.... I am one every day and just wanted a 10 min walk.
Won't ship there again. I literally drive 25 min just to ship here. Not any more.

I have never forgotten anything in a hotel room on my life, I'm always super careful and check multiple times - but last weekend I accidentally some expensive perfume behind at the Best Western in Keene. I thought it would be gone forever, but when I called the desk staff assured me I could contact the Shipping Shack and they'd get it shipped back to me. It arrived today, very quickly, even though it's almost Christmas - and perfectly packaged. Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. It meant a lot to me, especially with it being the holidays and the perfume was limited edition so it's not easily replaceable.
