I’ve had a great experience so far with APS in Keene. I rented a single unit online which was very easy to navigate, and then mid-move, needed to add an additional unit to my contract, which Aly was able to do with me via the phone. Both staff members I’ve worked with were helpful and kind.

All Purpose Storage is the best storage company I've ever worked with, period. After being harassed & fired without cause by a nasty employer, the good folks at APS sincerely listened to my story & worked with me until I finally won an appeal to receive unemployment compensation. Everyone I have worked with at APS during this trying time has been highly professional & empathetic. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of storage!

Don't ever use this company. I left my stuff in the place in Ashland while I left for three months. I returned to the entire side of the building rusting out and falling off, with my unit and both next to me being the worst. I have no idea how long my unit wasn't secure and the management has been blowing me off for a month, including ignoring phone calls and emails, other than to tell me I've successfully moved out of my unit. They've recently emailed me to tell me management reviewed my case and the building was repaired and no refunds will be given. Funny, as I've never spoken to management to present a case. I've only spoken to the company secretary who promised me for over a week that someone would be calling me about the issue. They're taking your money and they aren't putting it towards the units or making sure your stuff is secure. I'm almost willing to bet the cameras in ashland don't even work, as no one at aps can or will tell me how long the building was falling apart. I'd give zero stars. Your stuff would be more secure under a tarp in your yard, and that's free.

It was so easy to rent the place in the first place. No problems. Our storage items were safe. Terminating the unit was easy. You just need to know when moving out be sure to take a picture of your empty unit showing the unit number to send and All Purpose Storage

Rented two storage units for my construction company for a few years. Never had a problem the place was always cleaned up, especially in the winter.
