Pharmacists are pretty angry or rude . Not really necessary. I usually go in to get script with minimal questions and try to facilitate a quick transaction. God forbid you have any questions.

I get my meds every month here and they have been able to keep one of them in stock when almost every other pharmacy around here has not. Pharmacists and techs are always friendly and courteous, go above and beyond to help with insurance, and I have never waited more than 10 min. A lot of these negative reviews are blaming pharmacy staff for things they have no control over or the reviewers' own misunderstandings and mistakes.

Since switching to rite aid, it has been nothing but issues. How can you be almost 2 months short on meds and then charge my insurance for YOUR mistake. Then to NOT even fill my prescription that was needed when asked. Also you can't just decide to NOT charge my insurance and charge the city and I recieve a letter that you guys charged them 3 months worth ?
Seriously people get it together.

Only pharmacy in the entire region that manages to have my prescription in stock during shortage. Pick up time fluctuates, but only about 2 hours after what CVS was doing. The store staff are very kind and personable, the pharmacy staff were very helpful after a drs office/insurance issue. They are definitely the most understaffed of the major pharmacies in the area, but they do a good job.

Many members of the pharmacy staff at this Rite Aid are curt and even rude. The head pharmacist refuses to allow a person to pick up opioid analgesic prescriptions prior to the very first day of the next month's Rx. She considers herself to be above the insurance company and my doctor's allowance of picking up 2 days prior. She is very abusive and unkind. This unfortunately means that most every month I have to stop my schedule set by my doctor for taking my medication and go without for many hours when in pain because of her need to have power over "her" patients. It is disgusting! If you can avoid using this pharmacy, I would highly recommend it.

I’ve been going to rite aid for 4/5 years and it’s just getting worse and worse. I had a serious complaint with how someone spoke to me. It’s been a month nobody contacted me. I’m assuming nobody cares, I understand there short staffed but so is everybody at this point. Some people depend on Medicene to survive and waiting 3 days for an auto refill is unacceptable. Being told that your medication isn’t priority is even more unacceptable.

If I treated my customers so poorly I'd be fired! Boo to the pharmacy! I've been a customer over 10 years and I will never go back again!!

Do not order your meds from this pharmacy. No one picks up the phone! They tell you pick up will be ready in 30 min but takes 24 hrs! They give you attitude because apparently it’s my fault they are under staffed

Terrible, abhorrent and appalling. The pharmacist, "Titi" is obnoxious and rude. When I have to get into an argument to get a prescription filled, it is time to move on. There are many places I can go to get into an altercation but the pharmacy is not one I thought of. Take your business elsewhere.

Great care by the pharmacist. Needed cardiac meds for a canine. She was very compassionate. The service was quick. She was the only person in the pharmacy area. It was very busy. She should not have been alone. Definitely needed a pharmacy tech.

Constant mess ups with the new pharmacy team and management. My prescriptions are to help me live, and yet I always have problems when I want to refill. I always have to play phone tag between rite aid and the insurance company. Not to mention one of the ladies who answers the phone can be very rude and will hang up when the problem isn’t solved. They put information in wrong so I have to wait to get my prescriptions. They won’t call insurance or do anything to help. It takes more than 3 days to get my prescription with how much phone tag I have to play and for them to finally do something. Really sad when this is people’s life on your hands.

Pharmacy management needs to be completely replaced.I had a pharmacy courier order and drove an hour out here, came at 7.30pm (hours said pharmacy closes at 8pm). Was told be the (very helpful) retail staff that they changed their hours a month ago.So for a month they couldn't bother to take 30 seconds to update their hours on Google? Now I lost $60 and two hours. It is unfathomable to me how this level of incompetence is even possible. For an entire month to pass without something this basic and fundamental (for a brick & mortar store) being done. I'd be surprised if they manage to get people the correct prescriptions at all.
