Unreliable and does not reply to contacts. Placed order for shower shelf in April. 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. 9 weeks later, still no shelf. When you call, message says to email. When you email, no response. Pretty frustrated after 10 unanswered emails.

Scammers. Have an item listed on Amazon, but sent a piece of paper indicating the item would be sent later, so it showed as delivered on Amazon app. I canceled the order, they confirmed cancellation and that the refund was processing. One month later, still no refund. Liars.
Update to reply to the companies response to my review: No, this item was to be shipped by posh haus as a third party, not Amazon. Your letter to me, down in indicated in the image I attached, refutes what you’re saying. No worries though, Amazon was able to refund my money though. I never heard from y’all ever ever in response to my inquiries.

False advertisement and scams! They advertise products as being for sale that aren’t actually available. Then, when you request your money back, they don’t refund you.

I wish we had checked the Google review before placing my order. It appears that PoshHaus is no longer in business. I placed an order on Feb 11th 2024 for two wall sconces and was my payment was processed. I waited until March 26th to send a email asking for a update since I had not recieved my order. I recieved no response to that email. About a month later I tried calling and leaving voicemails. No one every answers even though I make sure to call during business hours and no one returns messages. I emailed again on April 29th, no repsonse. On May 7th I sent a messge through Facebook, noone answered. However someone saw it because I can tell someone logged in and read the message. I also sent a text through the chat feature on their Google profile. I have never been repsonsed to, which is why I say that this business is OUT OF BUSINESS because this is the bahavior of a business that is no longer operational. There is no one there to contact you back. It's unforntuntate that the website is still set to process payments autmatically, when they are out of business.
If someone were to contact me, I'll be sure to provide an update to this review. But until then, DO NOT PURCHASE from POSHHAUS, they are no longer in business.

I"m not sure what's going on at this place. The first time we went in, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable. We had to call multiple times to have someone come out to measure for a remodel after selecting product after being told they would get in touch with us. Eventually, after many attempts a man came over to look at the project. He arrived, didn't smile, didn't introduce himself, and seeming bothered by having to be here. It was very bizarre. I was told I would hear back from the store about the final quote. We've heard nothing. It's like they don't want our business. I will say they have a beautiful showroom and high end products, but that's the only positive thing I can say.

My husband and I walked into PoshHaus to see what they had for bathroom vanities and countertops. There was a man sitting at the end of the showroom on his computer. He didn’t get up and greet us, he never even looked our way. After walking around the showroom and noticing that he still hadn’t glanced up, I greeted him by saying hello. He barely acknowledged me. I said “We’ll just keep looking around”. He said “OK” and turned back around to his computer. I will absolutely say….If that was the only place in Keene or within 20 miles of Keene to search for cabinetry for our bathroom renovation, I still would not walk through those doors again. VERY poor impression,

This business is run by scammers and liars. We requested a refund for lights that weren’t in stock on February 27th. Every time we email to follow up on the refund we are given an answer as if this is the first time we are requesting a refund. “Your refund is now processing” “we have to check with the warehouse to make sure your order hasn’t shipped”. This is after already being told the lights were no longer available. Stay far away from this business!!!

This business is a total scam. We ordered 2 lights from them and never received an ETA on shipping. When we reached out to ask an ETA, we were told the lights were out of stock and shouldn’t have still been on the website. We asked for a refund and were told “the cancellation was processing, someone will reach out to you.” It is now a month since purchasing an item that wasn’t even available, and we still haven’t received a refund. Now they aren’t answering phone calls or responding to emails.

Do not do business with this company. Items never delivered. Received an envelope instead stating item will come from manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and they said there is no order from Poshhaus. Sales team will not reply.

I waited for 2 weeks for my item...divery day kept changing...they didn't have my item in stock and didn't respond until I disputed my transaction at PayPal...customer service is bad, still waiting on my refund...

PoshHaus is best described as your personal assistant. I needed a particular sconce for our primary bathroom and Boston got back to me the SAME day with items that matched what I was looking for. He saved me hours of searching the Web. If they don't have what you are looking for in their beautiful showroom, they will FIND it for you.
