Great gym, always clean and has the best staff. Tons of equipment so you rarely wait around.

Sometimes busy in the 7am hour and at the 4pm hour, but normally plenty of equipment to use. Friendly staff. Cleaning needs to be done more in the locker rooms and there is a moisture issue in the ceiling due to having water enter through the flat roof.

Clean, plenty of equipment. Good mix of weights and cardio. Locker room is a bit minimal.
