For an in person experience, it is what you expect. Friendly tellers will take care of your needs. The online banking seems to be more app friendly than before they took over People's. Do I miss People's? Not much, but it seems more and more removed from the local bank I started with 24 years ago.

My car battery died and Curtis (? Is that his name? Carl possibly) jumped it and then other staff provided mechanic recommendations. Live laugh love this place

Terrible service . Fake people who don't know what they are doing. As soon as you walk in you can sense the corporation /money/ greed. Had a small issue with my account. In the grand total of 14$ negative and my account was closed because of it. Do not bank here. I would even say Bank of America is better. Would highly suggest going to KBT. Small bank that focuses on the PEOPLE!!!!!!

Worst bank I have ever encountered... branch manager never answers her calls nor returns any messages, guess they don't need the business...time to open another bank right next to them and put them out of business IMHO
