The staff are friendly and welcoming and always up for a good story shared about our beloved pets. They have a great rewards program to earn a free bag of food after buying so many bags that they keep track of. On more than one occasion a staff member helped me navigate my purchases for the most savings. They really care about their customers and clearly about animals!”
