The dealer treated me extremely well although I did not not buy my car there. Andrew is the service manager and I can't say enough good things about him. I want you to tell him that! He takes care of all the cars as if they were his own. And he treats his customers like he would want his family to be treated. Noyes treats all their customers like family.

Had bought my Golf with Noyes in 2018 and used their auto shop for repairs thinking it was my best option.
Long story short I stopped using these guys after my calipur blew up after asking for new calipurs when I had a total break job done. Talked to the owner who said I didn’t need to new calipurs, even after the front blew up. He even acknowledged that I had been a long time customer, and that Noyes was my main mechanic. Didn’t seem too worried that my calipur blew up within 20k of my brake job.
My golf tdi is running MUCH better now that I’m seeing Danny’s in Henniker for my repair needs.
I wouldn’t recommend seeing Noyes unless it’s for a warranty repair- and this is having spent many years with Noyes.

This is now my third vehicle purchased at Noyes VW with William Sheldon. Bill has consistently been both knowledgeable and personable, while also never making me feel pressured in any of my purchases. He offers realistic, helpful advice to help me choose what’s best for ME! His friendliness and humor are just added bonuses…
Spencer also made the actual purchase of the vehicle incredibly smooth, and I was driving away within 30 minutes.

Overall, very pleased. It was going to take longer for financial paperwork to be completed because of other customers being there so my only recommendation is to somehow figure out how to not make your customers wait hours for that process.

We purchased a new Atlas Peak through Bill Sheldon. Bill was very easy to work with, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. This is our second new car purchase with Noyes and I suspect it wont be our last.

Got approved for our car and was told it was ours, just to come back the next day to sign. The next day they sold it to an employees daughter, knowing we were coming from mass in a snow storm to finalize. Highly disappointed that is how this dealer works
