When I first moved to Keene NH, I would go to this location once a week and get 2 sleeves of Capt. Morgan White Rum….come July 4th weekend on 2021!! They were out…and out again and again and again-so I reached out to Holly in corporate-also needed to express the constant attitudes I would get just for asking. Even with corporate office making SURE there was a CASE every month sent to Keene Nh…they made it very hard for me to even access One sleeve let alone 2. I continued to call corporate over the year and no matter how many they toldMe was there in stock-this location not only made it harder for me-but here it is 2023 and I haven’t seen ONE SINGLE NIP of white rum …they removed the section completely in the “nips “ area…and now I gotta spend more money on two separate bottles for my friend. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. I’m thinking now they just don’t order it on purpose because every single liquor store IN NH HAS THESE EVERY WEEK -but for some reason Keene hasn’t had them in 2 years?!? How is that possible . You would think they would WANT A LOYAL AND REPETITIVE CUSTOMER BUT NOT HERE, They do not care and I’m not impressed. Milford NH jones road-I MISS YOU! The lovely manager there always made sure her stuff was stocked-on point every week. She needs a raise-Keene location..aside from Pat….should replace the staff…

Wife and I traveled to this location with several coupons from out of state. Walking in the door and checking my coupons I realized the one I had come for didn't print??The lady that took care of us got a gentleman who helped us when I showed him all the ones I had printedWish I could remember his name.
