I purchased a new Speed Queen cloths dryer from KORVIN. I placed my order over the phone after selecting the dryer on the KORVIN website. Jeff handled the telephone sale flawlessly. I scheduled delivery and installation for the following week. The afternoon before delivery I received a call and was given a two hour window. The guys showed up right on time and did an excellent job removing the existing dryer and installing the new dryer! They were professional, engaging and efficient. KORVIN delivered an exceptional customer experience! I highly recommend KORVIN and will continue to use them for all my appliance needs.

Great experience! Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest salespeople. You know your salesman is honest when he recommends you buy a cheaper model than what you were prepared to buy! He talked me out of buying the fancier, slightly more expensive model when I told him I work construction, because the cheaper washer could handle extra soiled clothes better than the fancy model, so this was a wise recommendation. They are super dog friendly as well. They saved me a tremendous amount of time by having the Speed Queen washer I needed in stock and open on Saturday (until 2pm) so I could drive down there and pick it up same day. I work from 6am to 6pm M-F so taking a day off to sit at home and wait for a washer to be delivered is not an option. One of the best sales experiences I've ever had! Too bad their business model isn't standard practice in every industry.

My glass top stove lost 1 element of its triple element. I ordered the part online, and though it was the correct part, the connectors did not match. I eventually stopped in to Korvin Appliance, and even though I did not purchase my part through them, they assisted my with a smile and provided the connectors I needed. I know my stove is on its last leg, and when it dies, my first stop will be at Korvin!

We cannot rave enough about Korvin appliance! Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable and delightful! Shane immediately helped guide us to the refrigerator that would meet all of our needs. Jeff skillfully coordinated a delivery date and time that was best for us. Jacob and Dakota were absolute superstars: removing the old fridge and installing the new one in Herculean fashion! We were especially impressed by their good nature and expertise, as our installation was a bit unconventional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE SEEKING A NEW APPLIANCE!

Great experience through the entire process. The gentlemen who came out to install and remove my washer and dryer were great. Definitely not the easiest to get the machines up to our second floor but they were excellent.

I recently went into Korvin to buy a dishwasher. I was greeted right away by Terry. She answered all of my questions, and she was very honest. Great service! The delivery, removal of the old dishwasher, and the installation of the new one, was very timely, professional, and the lowest price that I could find in the area. Corey was great! Excellent customer experience from start to finish!

In an effort to support local businesses like my business, I walked into Korvin for the first time today to buy a new dish washer, and my son and I were not greeted by anyone. We identify as people of color. A more fair skinned man walks in and gets helped right away. We waited for 5 minutes before being greeted. I guessed they didn't want $500-800 today nor my business so I left. Don't go there if you are a person of color or look different than a fair skinned pink cisgender male.
