I can’t say enough good things about Greg. He worked with me on setting up insurance on my fathers house while my father was dealing with medical issues and in and out of the hospital. He handled the situation with absolute kindness, professionalism and respect. He really took the time to patiently go through everything with me as it was my 1st time setting up home owners insurance. He answered all of my questions and made it a smooth process which was very helpful given this was a difficult time for my family. My family and I have been so thankful for his help. I highly recommend working with Greg to anyone.

I have been with State Farm since 2018. I was with a previous auto insurance company for the good part of my driving life. I switched to State Farm on my auto insurance because the company I was with after 20 plus years kept raising my rates. When I bought a home in 2017, I went with a local agent in town but in 2018, they were going to drop me because of the age of my house and they wanted me to rip out all the plastered walls and replace with sheet rock walls. I knew Greg from church and he asked me to come and see him. The bundled rates of my auto and home were less than the company I was with for a long time and less than the recent home insurer too.Being a family business, everyone is great to talk to and Greg not only talks business but spends time talking non-business stuff too.Five stars is too low...I give them ten.

Been with Greg and his team at State Farm for a couple years now and the service is outstanding. Someone is always willing to help and answer questions. Recently had an issue with windshield replacement at a local business and Greg jumped in right away to work through it and and make sure everything was taken care of correctly. Strongly recommend calling them about any insurance needs.

Greg carlsons office is by far the the best in the area! They are all amazing there! I personally work with Anastasia, no offense to anyone there but she is by far the best. She will go out of her way to make things easier on you and if there's a way to keep your costs down she can and will find it. She is vary on top of everything! She amazing at everything she dose there, quotes, filing claims, service, you name it. Couldn't ask for a better agent! A VARY big thank you to her and the rest of the staff there! I own 2 businesses and I reached out to Ben at State Farm to determine if he could provide a better quote on Business Owners Policies, as he was highly recommended by Ana at State Farm, who set me up with an exceptional auto insurance policy. Ben was very thorough; we communicated back and forth multiple times to gather all the information he needed. It ended up that it did not make sense for me to make the switch and I appreciate that not only was Ben fully transparent in this regard, he also suggested ways to improve upon the current policies that I had elsewhere. I highly recommend reaching out to Ben, and State Farm, in general.

The margins can be slim for small businesses. Like other folks, I was happy with the 2 policies that got our venture off the ground. After being in operation for 8 months and meeting Ben W., we were able to significantly reduce our annual cost by transitioning to State Farm while keeping coverage limits the same. On top of that, Ben is efficient and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
