Very pleasant place and clean as well I always feel welcomed there and plus they have punch cards after so many washes you get a free wash and I’ve never had any issues there

Worst laundromat around. Disgusting machines, terrible staff. I am a firm believer these people pay for reviews or inflate thier reputation. I wouldn’t even bring someone else’s dirty laundry here. Just a disgrace of a public service.

I have been to every laundromat in Keene and none comes close to this place. I love the staff, clean and welcoming. I won't go anywhere else!

Had a good experience the first time we came here - attendant was helpful, people were kind, things were decently clean and workable. However, my second time here it was too busy and everything was full, so we came back later that day when it was less busy. There was no one inside except the attendant. I would have been able to put in my few loads all at once and finish them within an hour as I had done the week before. It was just before 7pm and the door was locked - the attendant came to the door and said they were closed. I said I thought they closed at 8 and she said, “well yeah but you won’t be finished before then with all that”. If I had been allowed inside, I would have absolutely finished and been out the door by 8. Still in disbelief we were turned away. Very disappointed, but I guess if you go when it’s not too busy and well before closing, it’s a good place for laundry.

The people are very nice here. Very helpful. I drop off my laundry every week and they take great care in washing and folding.

Best laundromat in town hands down. A little smaller but had no issue. Clean, a few things to do right next door with food or drinks.

The BEST Laundromat in Keene NH, lovely, helpful staff, always clean, really nice bathroom and although busy we seem to always find a washer/dryer. We won't go to any other from now on ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good clean laundromat friendly staff nice environment also in a good place so while you are waiting can go to store, bar, or take a nice walk.

I travel 25 minutes to this location as it is the cleanest one in a 30 mile radius. Wish the staff informed me on punch cards as I did laundry 3 times prior to getting one, and the staff could be a little more friendly.

Small but clean and all of the machines work. The attendant was friendly and help. The machines are a bit expensive (23 quarters) but the are big and clean.
