All of the employees there are outstanding but 2 stand out for me; Sarah is a firecracker always working hard buzzing around putting out freight and very friendly she drops what she is doing with a smile and communicates well. “I went into Mattress Firm on Black Friday and Max waited on me. I told him what I wanted and he showed me the perfect mattress. I wanted an adjustable frame to go with my perfect mattress. He was very accommodating and pleasant. I was in and out of the building in 20 minutes with exactly what I wanted.
