Very friendly haven’t been there yet but over the phone very polite and friendly but going Friday for an inspection which I feel they will treat me right will add more after I go so I went there and it failed and he was a total jerk and come to find out the nail in my tire was placed there and hammered in one thing I will say my jeep is under cameras all the time and no nail was in my tire when I arrived but no evidence and got my new tire put on and my left tire rod that failed in inspection was totally Fine from what the tire place told me and now I will never step one foot back here ever again this place is a rip off

Owner was extremely nice and helped me find a tire that fit my budget while still maintaining a good performance. Alignment was included with the 4 tires, as well as a free rotation every 6,000 miles and was able to bring my truck in a few days after calling! (Fast service!) Being new to the area, I felt a bit nervous finding a shop I could trust, but am very pleased and happy to come across Dube's. I will be bringing my spouse's car there when she needs tires next! This is a place you can feel secure leaving your vehicle- I had a bad bearing they found when putting on my new tires and called me before just performing the service and giving me a larger bill than I anticipated; the owner called me and explained the safety issues and told me he would not do it until he got my permission. This tire shop is the place to go in Keene!

Busy place. Friendly knowledgeable, very reasonably priced. This place was listed in the Monadnock shoppers news yearly Gold and Silver awards for auto services, breaks,tires, alignments. and all other services. This is the place to go.

Gary and the staff at Dubes are amazing. Gary went out of his way to help me fix a major issue with my car, and made sure I had wheels while it was in the shop. I’m very grateful. Plus I got 4 new tires at a fair price. Dubes has my highest recommendation!

I've been to this shop years ago, from what I remember they were ok to deal with. Recently, I've been trying to find a shop to put some tires on for me. I was hit by a car last August, add in covid it's been very tough for me.So I was searching for the cheapest possible install. Dubess being 1 mile away, it was a no brainer. I called to see how much they could do it for if I brought them the rims and tires. Simple 55 series tires. Gary hangs up on me mid sentence. Ok maybe he thought I hung up. I called back , just wanting to see how much they would charge. He then tells me he doesn't want the job due to how the convo has went? I've never been treated like that. I've worked in the field for 8 years. I've NEVER treated a customer like that!! You should be embarrassed gary. If I could give zero stars I would. This would have been a SUPER easy quick job that could be done in 15 min!!!
