I couldn’t be happier with Erica, the property manager and my experience here. I’ve been renting in Keene for two years and had terrible experiences twice, once with the Greenwalds and another time with a smaller landlord who lacked people skills. Now I’m at home and couldn’t be happier. Pricey but worth it!

From colony mill marketplace to apartments! Still in the transformation stage! Lots of work to be done inside before tenants can move in! There is elm street brewery on the back side of the building!
