Coolant leak: fixed
Coolant levels checked after fixing the leak: Most definitely not given how far below the line it was when I picked it up. Also, they’ll try not to honor road damage coverage on tires. Avoid.
Edit: there will be no coming to a resolution because the fact is you all replaced the hoses responsible for the coolant leak but gave me back a car with very low coolant showing a lack of attention to detail that is unacceptable.

The battery died in our truck. Got a battery, but this vehicle requires professional installation of the battery. Took it to city tire. The way they handle this emergency and how affordable their service impressed us. There's more to the story, but this sealed the deal for us about where yo get tires.

If you want to be taken seriously as a woman, don’t go here. Not only was some old man not doing any work but playing on his phone, he insulted me about my registration and acted as if I was an idiot. I asked them to do multiple things to my vehicle and they completely ignored one item I asked, and instead quoted me a whole lot of money. Make sure if you’re a female and you go here, to bring a man with you since that’s the only way to be taken seriously!

I never leave reviews but these guys earned one! hands down great experience, even the people in the waiting room with me were commenting on how there experience was great. It was a great price on tires as well. I will do all tire shopping and oil change here from now on.

One thing people always ask about a repair shop is "are they honest?" I can say without a doubt City Tire in Keene has honest workers. On Friday we were on our way through Keene on our way to Maine and our brakes made a horrendous sound, like they were grinding metal to metal. We called City Tire and asked if they could do a same day brake job. They could, so we went in. It turns out that something had gotten wedged in the brakes and that was what made the sound. The object had fallen out before we got there. They checked it out and determined that the brakes were fine and we didn't need anything. They could have easily sold us new pads or even a full brake job because they knew we were stuck. Thanks again for being honest. If we lived locally we would use them for our car care needs.

I had tons of people suggesting I get tires here. After waiting 3 days for a confirmation for an appointment, I guess I'm just gonna stick with Tire Warehouse who has always had great service.
