This uses to be my go to jeweler, well not anymore! My last trip was to have an engagement ring resized and prongs redone. It took 8 wks to get it back. I was asked if I wanted it polished- what a costly mistake. I didn't realized or was told that my stone would go from 2.5 to 2.2... what a colossal error- I had no idea I was told they were going to shrink my ring and make it less valuable... When I called why it was taking so long and complained about it one of the woman hung up on me....guess the customer isn't always right. Will never return ..Mon Amie will be my new jewelry store..

Needed a new watchband. The clerk was very helpful and fitted me with one without any undue waiting, and the price was very reasonable.

I needed the clasp on my favorite bracelet fixed and the jeweler fixed it while I waited! It's perfect, fits better, and I'm delighted with this service! I highly recommend Cheshire Jewelers!!!

Of note: their business hours are until 4:30pm. Not 5:30.... the product selection is good and they can special-order items also. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions!

Very large selection of beautiful jewelry. Nice selection of diamonds and pearls! Also buys scrap gold & silver great if you need to clean out the jewelry box! ??

I gave them 2 bracelets to take a link out of. It's been 2 weeks. I've called and they said they're working on it. This is not right. Lazy customer service. Every time I came into the store they weren't busy. I don't know why it's taking so long .
