It has been a nightmare in the house we moved into and were lied to about the conditions and the yard is a complete mess and nothing was cleaned and it was supposed to be. And then when we contacted them back the first thing they asked us was hows the yard? Like now they want to come and tell us how horrible it is. I will have my mass realtor that has a license in NH come out and find us a new house.

I had a very positive experience purchasing land with Fred. Technically he was representing the land seller, but it felt like he was my own agent. He always responded very quickly, professionally, and went out of his way to be helpful to me during the purchase process making sure all my questions were answered. I would recommend him, and I would do business with him again.
