I’ve been going to Beauty Nails for over a year now about every 3wks. I’ve had multiple nails techs do my nails, and yes some I’ve liked better than others, however, I have never walked out disappointed. I started taking my daughter with me and she also loves going there. Tony does her nails. She brings in a picture of what she wants and when he’s done, it looks just like the picture. Thank you for always giving us great service!

I’ve been going here a while and I’ve always left with awesome nails. The key is when you find a nail tech you like keep requesting them!!

The past few times, when i visited sometimes with appointments or walk in, I have been dissapointed. The staff yells over each other how to serve the customers. Leaves your station to help others. The last 2 Lavender pedicures were lack luster, barley no message and stones barley warm. Seems the staff are so busy to get to the next customer.
Every customer is spending a luxury service. At this time I feel Beauty Nails are not delivering a good service and not a welcoming environment.
I am sad to say this, in the past I have had qreat service.

The only reason there is even 1 star is because they were able to get me in same day. My nail was not prepped properly, no moisturizer, no care at all was taken. I'm here visiting for my own engagement party and my nails look like crap. I wanted builder gel, they tried to apply acrylics. I wanted to preserve my current nails, I chew my nails so getting them long takes time. The guy filed all the length that I had away. My whole nail isn't even painted, AND there's polish on my hands and it's not even. No care for my cuticles or dead skin was taken. I came to relax, and the whole experience was rushed. Definitely did not feel relaxing one bit and I have awful results. I would never recommend this facility. I'm extremely upset over the whole experience.

Tony is amazing! So talented and pays so much attention to detail. I just got a pedicure by him and a full dip set. 10/10 will always request him!
Cleanliness: The place has changed on the inside. The interior looks amazing! They focus so much on cleanliness.
Stylist: Tony is amazing! He was able to do my pedicure AND full dip set. So talented!

Worst pedicure ever. Cut me with cuticle scissor, even after I repeatedly tried to communicate she needed to stop cutting. Caused trip to urgent care, antibiotics, and three weeks of pain and infection right before vacation. Deep gouges into nail with gel remover tool. Angled trim of nails. Advertised prices different than what is charged. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing!

Highly recommend this salon for pedicures. I walk in every time and they are always available. Great job in a timely manner. I usually do the classic pedicure which is 40$ but there are many options.

I only went twice and won't go again. First time was ok. I should have listened to my inner voice that said don't go back. The place wasn't the cleanest place. As I was leaving I made my next appointment. I was specifically asked if I wanted the same nail tech. I said yes. My appointment was for 3 weeks. I showed up about 3-4 minutes early. I sat for 45 minutes waiting while others went in front of me. Once it was my turn, I didn't get the same tech. The new tech that I had made me bleed when she ground my cuticles back. I have no problems with diversity and respect people that have learned multiple languages however I find it extremely rude when I'm a paying customer and am being ignored. There was a vibe in the air that they were talking about customers I made a decision to find another salon. My new tech had to repair damage to my nails, cuticles and provide medicine for the nail fungus from dirty equipment. I'm very pleased with my new salon.

My friend and I went to Beauty Nails last week for an acrylic set. We went in there wanting some simple flower design on one or two of the nails. The nails came out misshaped, bumpy, and the polish wasn’t even put on correctly. Not only do the nails suck, but we were treated totally unprofessionally. At first, they had cut my nail too long and I asked for it a bit shorter, I use a keyboard all day at work, I know the length I want my nails, she then cuts them way too short, and starts making fun of me, my fingers, and my nail length to all her friends that were working. Mind you, this is happening in their own language as they continually giggle and point at my hand. I am completely appalled and disappointed that this happened. I have been to numerous nail salons and this was by far my worst experience. I can’t believe I paid $65 dollars for these nails. If the owner sees this, I’d love a refund, but you cannot expect me to ever go back to your establishment. Hire better people, train them longer, and teach them customer service and how to be professional. As of right now this business is an embarrassment to have in Keene.
