I received all of my cpap equipment and plenty of instructions on how to get started. After a few nights I realized that the nasal mask wouldn't work for me and I needed a full face mask. I called and talked to them and they immediately said that they would send me a new mask and they did and I got it a few days later and it works great. Good company to deal with.

this company received a prescription for a cpap on sept 10th never contacted me , i finally decided to contact them and they said they couldnt order it till i sign a form so i drove to them that day and signed the form causing a delay on ordering from their warehouse for almost a month and now are telling me they are on back order and it may take another month , and can not even tell me where or how far along in the order process it is , very unprofessional and very unhappy with them thus far

Company works with 19 century technology. Got sent a new cpap machine that only transmits data thru cell towers(no WiFi option). Out in our neck of the woods we don’t get cell tower coverage Now have to buy a secondary sd card and mail cards weekly(can’t bring in person)to transmit the data for insurance purposes. Wonder if Mr Slate is running this company.

Lisa D'ielasandro in customer service deserves 5 stars. The quarantine has made it difficult for so many & my dad needed new equipment badly. Lisa set up getting his oxygen concentrator replaced and 2 day delivery on supplys are on way. Many thanks
