Had a completely awesome time, five out of five stars. A few things:
- you will get muddy
- dogs might put their paws on you or jump up (out of pure joy)
- you will want to bring all the dogs home with you
- The owner Neil will not let you take the dogs home with you (I tried)*
- if Neil doesn’t hate you he might let you name a chicken

*you ARE welcome to take home one of their super sweet rescues that are up for adoption. How I didn’t end up adopting 3 is still beyond me, but I know my husband is relieved

Know going into it that you’ll have an amazing time, the team will do their best to accommodate your plans and that the weather can’t be controlled!We weren’t able to do the tour we originally booked due to icy conditions and lack of snow. That being said the team at muddy paws was proactive in communication and gave us an option to do another tour. Matt our musher was incredibly knowledgeable and made it a memorable experience for our whole family! The dogs were all so lovely, we are hoping to come back in the fall and experience it in another season!

Absolutely worth every pretty penny to come here! Heather was such a nice warm person who showed us around and introduced some dogs and we had Garrett as our musher who was also just wonderful. You can tell how much they care about the dogs and the dogs themselves seem incredibly happy. If you're a dog person be prepared to leave feeling attached to some of the dogs and missing them later lol my partner and I were already talking about coming back before we had even left. Thank you guys for such an incredible experience!

I had a blast yesterday! If you love dogs and the winters here in New England, I highly recommend taking a ride. The dogs were pawsome and the mushers great too! Shout out to my Musher Garett!

Was fun/ok. Wicked skinny dogs. Not what we anticipated. Definitely dress warm in winter. Our day was WICKED cold.

If you are looking for a new adventure and like dogs, this is your ticket! They tell you that you might get muddy. You will! But the guides are good, the pups are crazy energetic, and the ride is fun. I got to run the dogs out to the sled and hook their lead and tug lines up. If you do this, just know the dogs are amazingly powerful for their size!

My children and I had an amazing experience on the FALL RIDE at Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel! The musher got us from our car (don’t enter the property without him) and walked us to the yard to meet the 60 dogs. He pointed out which dogs would be best for my 2-year-old and 4-year-old to pet. We were warm on the ride even without jackets, thanks to the thick blanket. The musher told us about the history of the region during our ride, and he was great with the kids. At the end my kids tossed treats to the dogs. I’ll definitely be coming back during winter for the sled ride!

Booked on line without knowing anything about it, turned out to be the most fun ! Owner and his son are friendly and funny. The dogs are amazing ! Had a wonderful 3 mile ride and planning to come back for a snow ride !!

We had the perfect day for the mini mush. Kids had a great time meeting with the dogs beforehand and the mushers were super knowledgeable.
