They charge full price for a wedding trial, same cost of what you pay for the style the day of your wedding (no other salon does this, you should have a practice run for free or at a lower cost) They were missing a lot of makeup supplies/lip colors consisted of 10 options and they told me I had to supply at least 5 makeup items the day of. I had to come up with over $250 when I did the trial and she made me prepay for the wedding day hair/makeup. I felt as if they really didn't listen to what I wanted....I drove home in tears. When I sent her an email stating that I wasn't happy with the hair/makeup, she insisted on giving me a refund (of only $80 I found out when I got there, so essentially she stole money from me) I was hoping she'd just offer to do it again and make sure I was happy, like a good business owner should do...instead she was rude and said that "we're just not the place for you" I was appalled..... I would not recommend this place to anyone that is looking for true value

Finding a new hair dresser is like finding a new best friend. So I got a recommendation from a trusted friend to go here, and I am so happy I went. I was so pleased with their work. Amazing cut and color!
