Over priced and under maintained. The on-site manager was disrespectful and made it difficult to get things fixed. The police were there multiple times a month, and I did not feel comfortable going to the bottom floor to do laundry.

The owners don't seem to care. The phone number mailbox is always full and cannot accept a message. They are not good neighbors, dumping property waste onto their neighbors property despite complaints. Filled with loud renters that drop trash on the property, many single parents who let their kids run wild often without supervision. I can't imagine that the people who live there are happy with management.
