Very hard to get a hold of. Called multiple times, and only an answering machine. Left messages, only 1 call back that I didn't see, called back within 5 minutes and did not answer. Such a shame as Ralph is a great mechanic but not always around

Was quality work and done in a timely manor but severely overcharges I had a 50 to 100 dollar job done and charged 300 dollars seems like a nice enough guy but was super disappointed in his labor costs will not go to againService: General repairs & maintenance

After much frustration call all over the area for immediate repairs not only did this service call back fast, but was able to fix my car by the next day. Even gave me a ride back to the shop, when I called asking about local transportation services. I was not redirected to call elsewhere instead offered a free ride. I'm extremely pleased with not only the work done in a timly mannor but also on the outstanding customer service. Above and beyond. I will definitely get my work done here again, and bring m_ basic up keep vehicle needs here to Jaffrey Auto Service's. Highly recommended for quality car servicesServices: Engine repair

Five stars!!! These guys helped me out and got us back on the road in two hours. While on a 5.5 trip back home from Normal to KCMO, during the statewide lockdown, my car needed to be serviced after calling 3 garages, I finally hit on Charron’s. They were friendly and speedy. If you’re ever in the Lincoln area, please don’t hesitate to look here first.

John fit me into his busy schedule on short notice and coordinated with my insurance, arranging for a rental car to pick me up at his shop. He was professional, communicative, and did a fantastic job!

Fixed my brand new (2018) Subaru WRX that had damage all along the driver side from front to back from being struck in a driveway. I dont trust many people with my cars, as I do most of my mechanical work myself and am a car enthusiast, but John is a class act. He is honest, respectful, down-to-earth and extremely easy to work with. Had my car back in just over a week in which there was a holiday and a snowstorm in between. He even offered to help get a rental car. I highly recommend this shop and the work these guys do. *See before and after photos
