our experience with these guys was with their tow services/AAA. Absolute professionals. Great communication. Concern and attention that their customer gets to their next destination safely. Vehicle secured to DOT regulation. All this and a very positive attitude. One of my best tow experiences ever.

My Girlfriend had her traction control go out on her car. This disabled the power steering. She is in her 60ies and disabled. The tow truck driver refused to get of his truck. He said he could not load her car because she was parked in a handi capped spot at Market Basket Rindge. He said I'm out of here and left. She called AAA back they sent a good man who understood and without power steering backed the car out and loaded it. The biggest reason I'm leaving this is. During the wait for second truck She fell hit her head and injured her back. She has been in bed since. We are waiting to see her doctor and get xrays. Whoever was driving that tow truck is a real scumbag.

Fair and understanding. They were able to work with our needs and helped with our situation instead of making it worse.

The tow truck driver lost my one and only car key...he subsequently found the key when he went back to look for it where he picked the vehicle up. He then neglected to bring me my key until the following morning, (despite me stressing I needed the key immediately, as it tends to be a crucial component to starting one's vehicle), with no heads up that I was going to get blown off all night long. In doing so, he essentially left me stranded from home, all night long...big shout out to Bob the tow truck guy, thanks Bob. The following morning, I spoke with an extremely apologetic employee at Steve's other business, Cliff's Auto Body, who took my information and passed it on to Steve. Even though I asked that Steve call me back, I never heard from him. Apparently, lack of communication and/or flat-out blowing people off is par for the course with Gauthier Auto. One star, and two thumbs down.

Look, if there is a 2 car head on collision, of course that takes priority over my flat tire. But don't tell me over and over "we'll be there in 15 minutes" when you're already over an hour late based on the time table YOU provided.

Broke down in a storm in a 3/4 truck with a loaded sled trailer. Two trucks showed up, one to take my daughter, myself, and the trailer to our house and one to take the truck. At 4:45 the next day, I picked up my truck with a new wheel bearing, a 3 year warranty, and a fair charge on my credit card. The staff are all super friendly and professional and it’s clear they know what they’re doing out here. Highly recommended.

$75 charge to store a vehicle towed to their site for less than 24 hours. I could get a hotel room for my car for that.

This garage's tow driver literally saved us this weekend. We were following our GPS to get from our son's wedding in Ringe Saturday night to the Inn we were staying at in Jeffrey. For some unknown reason, Margory (as we call our GPS's voice) sent us to a "no thru traffic, dead end road," which did have a small sign stating this, but the sign was on the left hand side of the road, not really visible in the darkness that night. We followed the road in the dark, thru the woods, as it morphed from dirt road to skinnier dirt road, to path/road covered in fallen leaves. By the time we reached the location where the path was now blocked by huge rocks/boulders and thought "uh oh, this is not good!" we began to think we should have turned around sooner and headed back! Unfortunately, the area we were now in was sopping wet, muddy, mucky, dark and way too narrow for us actually be able to turn the car around. Suddenly we were stuck in the mud. No shovel, no flashlight, nothing to give the tires traction (we actually couldn't go forward or backward by this point). We were able, thankfully, to reach two of our kids who had been at the wedding as well by cellphone, and with a "stalker app" that we have and the occasional honking of the car horn, they were able to actually find us and get us back to our lodging for the night, wet and muddy, still in our wedding clothes. When I called our GEICO insurance for roadside assistance the next morning, I was told, when they called me back, that they had been unable to get a tow truck to help us. Thankfully our son-in-law had called Gauthier's. The driver told him he was on another call but would check out the location of the car afterwards. We were able to describe where we had been, as much as we could remember and had noticed in the dark, gloomy woods, and he walked from the last house on that road to the location of our car to check things out. He was able to back a flatbed backwards the last 1/4 to 1/2 mile to reach our vehicle, load it onto the flatbed, and drive it back to where we should have realized we shouldn't continue on! I had had visions of heavy equipment needing to clear a new road thru the dense forest for the 0.7 mile we had needed to make it to the next road we were to take. Or perhaps needing to secure a helicopter to lower a massive cable contraption down and hoist our car above the treetops to safety. No, this wonderful man was able to retrieve our muddy car and get her back to solid, dry land. I didn't get his name, but he was our savior for sure! Thank you, Gauthier Auto Service, for going above and beyond to allow us to retrieve our car and go on with our daily routine. You are the best!!
