I have had nothing but great experiences as a tenant renting from Despres. They have always been prompt in responding to any issues that arise in my apartment. They are always kind and helpful.

Very rude and if you rent from them you better hire a cleaning crew to come in after or they'll take your deposit to have someone do standard cleaning. An absolute joke. They are cheap and will nickle and dime you. Moved into an apartment that was a disaster when I moved in and they still hit my deposit after I left it in better shape then I found it in.
